I used to think the problem was me.
If I could just find the perfect diet or train harder, maybe I would finally feel confident - maybe I would finally look like the people I kept comparing myself to.
But life had other plans.
Through a lot of ups and downs - and a few real challenges that completely knocked me off track - I tried to control what I could.
That meant jumping from diet to diet, overtraining, and constantly chasing “better.”
But none of it made me feel better.
I just felt tired, disconnected, and still not enough.
What actually changed everything wasn’t another plan - it was slowing down.
Focusing on rest, habits, and balance instead of perfection.
That is when things finally started to shift.
I felt more consistent, more confident, and finally free around food - and in my own body.
Now, that is exactly what I help others do - build a lifestyle that feels good and actually lasts.
