Este Domingo habrá 🍕 🎶Pizza Party 🥳🍷 en la nueva Finca Sa Cova de Petra q administro. 19.00, plazas limitadas. Todavía hay semanas libres en verano! Tiene 7 habitaciones incluso una cabaña, piscina, A/C, vistas bonitas debajo el Monasterio de Petra. Eventos y FinDes fuera de temporada posibles.

Today's Speciality will be BLACK PIZZA...Nuestra especialidad hoy: Pizza Negra ...you can either make it with an octopus ink sauce and (calamares) rings OR with black garlic pesto...OR as a octopus itself)) As always from our 1000year old stone oven from Arab times. And never forget: You can bring your own homemade dough to make bread or cake for the next week! Starts at 8pm, come on time for a sundowner on our Tramontana Terrace, eg a Cactus Gin Tonic or our house wine (vi negre) Sang de Bou from Benissalem

Sometimes the Pizzas or Cocas turn out to look like islands instead of being round. But with a bit of practice, a good, elastic dough and the right spin in the air its possible to make them perfectly round, thin and big. Try it out yourself tomorrow! PS Did you know that MALLORCA used to be called MAYURQA and IBIZA YEBISAH?) Our Finca dates back to the times of the Talaiots, later taken over by the Arabs and then conquered by Juan's Great**grandfather who received it from the King of Aragon. I just invited the Director who takes care of the Llibre del Repartiment (The Book of Devision of Land)to our Pizza Event because I contacted the Archive of the Kingdom of Mallorca to find out more about this historic finca and landmark.

Our Zoo is waiting for you tomorrow!) And this week we got 7 new family members, they were born on an old sofa in the garage. 7 from 8 eggs is a very good record, one was born disabled because an egg got squeezed between the cushions.
