The Key to Success

I failed more often than others event tried!

Here are some points for success.

- Work hard
- Stay at it
- Get as many reps as possible

Being a coach is my biggest passion. Either being a breathwork coach, being on stage, leading or supporting Retreats or coaching American Football. I just love to coach.

What helped me to get better was exactly to follow those three things.

The most important was to get as many reps as possible. If you get as many reps as possible at some point you will get better.

Whatever your dream is, are you willing to give it everything you got? To stay at it and work hard? If so, you will eventually succeed

Bist du bereit, für deinen Traum wirklich alles zu geben?

Für meinen Traum als Profi Football Coach bin ich schon öfter gefallen, als andere es jemals versucht haben. Das Gleiche gilt auch für meinen Traum als Breathwork Coach und Keynote Speaker.

Wie sieht es bei dir aus?

Ich durfte an meinem eigenen Beispiel erfahren, dass es nicht immer die talentiertesten Menschen sind, die am weitesten kommen, sondern diejenigen, die den Mut haben, dranzubleiben, vor allem dann, wenn es schwierig wird.

Wie sieht es da bei dir aus?

Bist du bereit, es öfter zu versuchen und dabei öfter zu fallen, als andere es jemals versuchen werden?

Bist du bereit, für deinen Traum alles zu geben?

Just do it!

Did you know that when you focus on your breath you can control how you feel?

Safe this reel or send it to a friend so you remember what breathing technique is good for the situation you are in!

If you need to relax or reduce stress do the physiological sigh (inhale into the belly, inhale into the chest, long exhale) or the 1:2 breathing (inhale for 4 and exhale for 8)

If you have an important meeting or need more focus do the Box Breathing (inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4)

If you need energy or clarity to an answer do the power breathing (powerful inhale through the nose passiv exhale through the mouth)

"Did you breathe on it?"

When I started my Breathwork journey that was the question that asked us!

Of course in the beginning I didn't because I simply wanted to ask her for advice since she is the master of taking intuitiv action and doing HypnoBreathwork every day since years.

At some point it just made sense to me and I got it. I need to find the answers that I m looking for myself. The best way to be crystal clear is to do breathwork and take the question you have within the session.

Through breathwork you clear mental blockages and connect the mind with the body. The result is to connect with your intuition and get clear action steps.

So whatever the question is that you have at this point in your life, breathe on it and take intuitive action.

You are important! I hope you know that!?

I’m sure your calendar is full, you’re carrying a lot on your shoulders and you’re always there for others. What about you?

Are you taking care of yourself? Your physical and mental health?

Do you value yourself as much as you value others? Do you intentionally make time for yourself? If you do take that time, I truly congratulate you from the bottom of my heart. If not, why? Be completely honest with yourself and really feel into that.

In many conversations, I’ve realized that most people don’t prioritize themselves. They keep showing up for others until one day, they simply can’t anymore because they burned out!

It doesn’t have to get to that point. Here’s a breathing technique that will help you recognize what you truly need right now. It supports you in reducing stress and being fully present in the here and now.

Du bist wichtig, ich hoffe du weißt das!?

Ich bin mir sicher du hast genügend Termine in deinem Kalender, trägst viel auf deinen Schultern und bist für andere da!

Was ist mit dir? Achtest du auf dich? Auf deine körperliche und mentale Gesundheit? Nimmst du dich selbst genauso wichtig wie andere? Planst du dir bewusst Zeit ein für dich?

Wenn du dir bewusst Zeit für dich nimmst, dann Gratuliere ich dir von Herzen! Falls nicht, warum? Sei bitte mal vollkommen ehrlich zu dir selbst und fühle da rein.

In vielen Gesprächen habe ich erfahren, dass die meisten Menschen sich selbst nicht so wichtig nehmen und immer für andere da sind bis sie einen Tages nicht mehr können.

Soweit muss es nicht kommen!

The key to success is consistency!

If I can tell you one thing about how to achieve what you want in life then I would tell you to stay at it and keep showing up!

Success isn't build over night its a process! You may see the result from others and want the same but are you willing to do what it takes?

Here is a formula to success that I have learned from

⚡️Do HypnoBreathwork daily
⚡️Take intuitive action
⚡️Keep showing up and stay at it

Get the blockages out of the way and gain clarity through your breath. The next step is to trust your intuition and take intuitive action immediately. Stay at it and repeat it over and over again!

These moments on stage infringement of 1000+ people were the result of doing this steps over and over again for years!

One decision can change your life!

Are you willing to make that decision? Without there wouldn't be a Breathwork Way.

In 2019 while I was living and working in Japan as a professional football coach i felt stressed and empty after we lost an important game.

Back then I didn't know how much suppressed emotions I had and how stressed I really felt. Meditation was my anchor but it didn't help me as much as it used to be.

Then I found a post from Francesca were she was sharing an emotional release through breathwork. I never did that before but was interested in trying it.

On my thrid session I released so much stress, cried a lot of emotions out and felt so damn good! I couldn't believe it that all that came just through breathing.

Of course there's more to it and I m just thankful that Francesca created and HypnoBreathwork. This is the most powerful tool if you really want to change your life for the better.

I m in San Diego for a couple of days and it's always so powerful to meet Francesca and have an epic time! I was in her podcast and she guided me through a powerful breathwork session as well. I didn't know how much I needed that. I feel so much clearer and aligned.

If I wouldn't have made the desicion to try breathwork, I wouldn't have found what I absolutely love to do.

I m just thankful for you, everything I learned from you and many great memories either in the San Diego, France or Amsterdam!
