Quinoa has so many benefits, and I love incorporating it into my meals. Today, I'm combining it with Gruyère cheese. Ok, Gruyère might not be the healthiest ingredient, but it's absolutely delicious! 🧀✨
Here's what I do: I cook the quinoa, mix it with the cheese, add some pepper, and spread it flat on a tray. Then, I heat it in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for around 20 minutes. You can also add some sage leaves on top for a special flavor. 🌿
This crispy, cheesy quinoa makes a fantastic topper for soups. Today, I'm using it to elevate a simple tomato soup. 🍅🍲
