Amigos! New month, new theme and sequence (and updated rates!)
Our yoga practice in February will be dedicated to our heart: gently checking in, and inviting it to soften and open a little (or a lot) more 💖.
I truly believe that, on an individual, collective, and even planetary level, we need more open-heartedness and looooove.
✨ Forget Cupid: instead, we’ll invite the emerald-green frequencies of the heart, allowing them to expand and radiate from within...
Also, from this week onwards, classes will have a fixed price. They are designed to support both flexibility and regularity:
- Trial class: free!
- Single class: 15€
- 5-class bono: 60€
- 3-month bono (mas o menos 12 classes): 120€
Classes take place as usual on Fridays at 9h30.
As for the location: the weather has become drier and warmer, so we may be able to practise on my rooftop in El Portezuelo more often 🌞. If not, we will continue to practice at .
