I have to apologise everyone 😅 I went to the beach and recorded the sunrise salutations but…. Since I was filming with the back camera for better quality I had no control over the image… I was hoping that I got it right 😂 but I didn’t. Unfortunately the whole video is my voice coming from somewhere doing Sun salutations with no view of what I’m doing 😅😅😅 So I will have to repeat another day ☺️🙏🏻 I’ll try tomorrow again 🫶🏻☺️ but it depends on my health (I have a little cold or virus). For now I will leave you with a beautiful video of a dolphin playing on the sun path of rays reflecting on the water ☺️💗

Every Wednesday morning at 9:30 - Hatha Yoga with a special applied kinesiology self massage technique to move the lymph and reduce pain. the lymph runs parallel to blood capillaries in all body tissues and is important for the optimal functioning of our general and specific immune responses.
