I am happy to announce that Angel Reiki Ibiza is now also taking appointments at in Cala Llonga.

Owner Lexie and I met in the most serendipitous of ways and we are full of exciting plans.

The clinic itself is a true gem and is conveniently located in Cala Llonga.

We currently have some afternoon spots open for anyone that needs an after-summer reset, some proper relaxation and of course for those that want to continue or embark on their healing journey.

‘Why do I get a headache after my Angelic Reiki session?’

I often hear my clients experiencing this and other symptoms, like feeling cold and getting the shivers, after having received Angelic Reiki.

I remember feeling nauseous and having flu-like symptoms after having received Reiki myself well over 15 years ago and my practitioner assured me that this was a good sign, meaning blocked and stagnant energy was moving and these were the first indications of me starting to heal.

And indeed this is true, any discomfort you might experience, is a sure sign that your healing journey is either starting or continuing even further.

My advice after each session is to always drink plenty of water as you will be detoxifying both physically as well as emotionally.

After having received more sessions you will notice that things in your life, mind and body will significantly start shifting. Blocks will start lifting and even disappear completely. It also is highly likely that you will release old trauma and anything else that no longer serves you and/or will discover and develop talents and abilities that are 100% in tune with your life’s path.

Other common side effects after a session include feeling deeply relaxed getting the best night’s sleep you have had in a while.

Everyone has gone back to school after an Ibizan summer that has almost literally been too hot too handle.

August saw people either working very hard and/or staying inside in order to avoid the heat that was even more intense due to insanely high humidity levels.

Some of you will be ready to wind down after the summer madness, whereas others are gearing up for Ibiza winter life, where more socialising is done and folks go back to work after their summer holiday.

Here at Angel Reiki Ibiza I am ready to turn things up a notch in order to let my clients completely wind down and recharge in the magical safe space that is called Angelic Reiki.

I am looking forward to welcoming old and new clients and will be updating my website soon with some packages, along with the introduction of my new loyalty card and possibly some news on workshops too.

𝑩𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔 ✨

My oldest dog is 11 now and this summer has been insanely hot on Ibiza. He has been chilling out most of the time and cooling off loads. We have been on quests to find quiet, dog-friendly swimming spots for both of us to have a refreshing dip in the sea before heading back home.

This one also happens to absolutely love a spot of Angelic Reiki. I will treat him to a mini-session when he is relaxing on the sofa and he is super susceptible and really sinks into it.

I will definitely be doing this more often, especially since he is getting on in years. Not that you would notice, he is still as handsome as ever and energetic and playful like a puppy. He just takes an extra nap or two.

One thing I have recently started noticing though is that, as a reactive dog resulting from having been attacked in his younger years, he has become way less reactive and I now get to experience walks with a version of him that is super chilled about approaching dogs, greeting them with curiosity. I have been wanting this for him for so long.

Seems like we are both reaping the benefits of a regular dose of Angelic Reiki. 🤩

𝑨𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 ✨

What I hear a lot from people is that they wish they weren’t ‘stuck in their head‘ so much, worrying and thinking the same thing over and over again, encountering the same obstacles.

Being highly sensitive (HSP), I know a thing or two about what it’s like to be overthinking things, I started doing affirmations on a daily basis over 12 years ago and I haven’t looked back since (the book You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay is my absolute go-to).

Bearing in mind that your repetitive thoughts, enhanced by the emotions you attach to your words, create your reality, I am guessing that you would prefer to have positive thoughts with a subsequent positive outcome.

In addition to this, when you’re stuck in your head, this means you haven’t dropped down into your body, in other words, you are not fully grounded. And this is what a lot of people come to me for.

Regardless of why you want an Angelic Reiki session, in every single session the focus is on deep grounding and embodiment. More often than not you will literally feel yourself sinking into your body. And this is also where you meet your emotions and start (re)connecting with them (and, in fact, your true essence).
