Last chance to book Men's Intro to Yoga Course starting next week!!
Men, Dads, Grandads, Partners with dodgy knees, achy backs, stiff shoulders and beer bellies are welcome! We'll work through all those problem areas - equipping blokes with the awareness and skills they need to move and feel better. We'll build strength, balance, mobility and body awareness.
