Had an amazing night last night!! Candle lit yin yoga by the fire, with a delicious spread of local plates after!! Absolutely brilliant. So good, we forgot to snap a pic of the yoga! 🤦🏼‍♀️

We had an AMAZING Valentine's at Flint Vineyard this weekend - teaching couples yoga by the fire in the cozy vineyard barn. Thank you to Flint for hosting such a magical night, and to all our lovely couples that brought the smiles, giggles, wobbles and love. We loved you!!

Looking forward to our next evening at Flint, next Wednesday 25 Feb. Tickets are still available for a relaxing evening yoga class, of course followed by a glass of Flint wine and delicious plates!!

Men, Dads, Grandads, Partners with dodgy knees, achy backs, stiff shoulders and beer bellies are welcome! We'll work through all those problem areas - equipping blokes with the awareness and skills they need to move and feel better. We'll build strength, balance, mobility and body awareness.

Five week course starts Monday, 2 Feb, at from 7-8pm.
