I am so incredibly proud to have lead-trained the first 'Shape Your Future' course of 2026! 🌟 Watching this group’s personal journeys over the last three weeks has been a privilege. Congratulations to every participant for showing up and putting in the work for your own wellbeing. Onwards and upwards! 🚀
