🎨The Art Competition/Gallery is now OPEN!

✨The Wellbeing & Lifestyle Show - Salones Carrasco, Javea 20th & 21st March 2026

2026 Themes - ‘’ The Colour of Inner Peace’ OR ‘Colour Me Happy!’

This Art Competition is open to any artist to enter one painting.
In the form of an original painting, drawing, mixed media on a free-standing easel

Representing either theme - Create works that express what wellbeing feels like — through colour, movement, or mood. Use your creative imagination and artistic talents to interpret and express the 2026 theme!

(Painting/drawing (max size 60 cm x 50 cm all to be displayed on artists own free standing easel)

Our visitors will be voting for their favourite creative painting.
1st place prize 50.00 euro, certificate and cava

(Limited entries, so don’t delay email gina@gmpromotions.es for your entry form
to be registered in for the Competition to be part of the Wellbeing & Lifestyle Expo. Entry is 20.00 euro per painting to be donated to our chosen charity. Painting to be delivered to
Salones Carrasco on Wednesday 18th March 2026 between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm)

You may price your artwork for sale - We are asking if you would like to make a 10% commission fee for any sale made to also be donated to the charity.

Nice ways to respond
We have noticed there are many people out there going through some roughish times this year, one way or another so this may help, thanks to MeMel Robbinsor putting this out there!

instead of saying, "i know what it feels like", let's say "i cannot imagine your heartbreak".
instead of saying, "you're strong, you'll get through this, let's say " you'll hurt, and I'll be here.
instead of saying, "you look like you're doing well, let's say, "how are you holding up today?"
instead of saying, "healing takes time", let's say "healing has no timeline".
instead of saying, "everything happens for a reason, let's say "this must feel so terribly senseless right now".
and when there are no words to say at all, you don't need to try and find some. love speaks in silences too.

Due to the current CV situation, we had to pospone the WELLBEING Health Beauty & Lifestyle expo - 8th & 9th May. This is the most sensible and safe route to take BUT please be advised we WILL be rescheduling the Expo with new dates when we are given further official guidelines regarding events and large gatherings.
