The short & sweet version

Hey! I’m Jen, a nutritionist and health coach. After studying a B.Sc in Foods & Nutrition as well as a B.A in Psychology at one of Canada’s top universities I learned the science behind it all, as well as the importance of critically analyzing everything. A simple 'moderation’ in everything diet just doesn't cut it, especially when you have mental or physical health concerns like depression or skin issues. I coach with a focus on living a healthy life full of energy and joy in a simple, all-natural, and practical way.
