📢 CALL FOR SUPPORT – STAND WITH A HEALTHCARE HERO
Senior Anesthetist Maru Fisha Akal began his professional career in 1973 (Ethiopian Calendar) as a Tena Redat (Health Assistant) in Asmara, Eritrea. He served for 10 years at the war and various health facilities in Kagnew, Keren, and Akordet, Eritrea. He continued his dedicated service until 2017 (Ethiopian Calendar), completing a total of 44 years in the healthcare sector.
Throughout his long career, he worked in different hospitals across Ethiopia, including Debre Tabor, Debre Zeit, Debre Brehan, Gondar, Shashemene, and Addis Ababa. He served 3 years in nursing and 20 years in anesthesia, contributing significantly to patient care and helping save many lives.

Today, he is suffering with Chronic Kidney Disease and requires dialysis three times a week in Bahir Dar. Sadly, he cannot afford the cost of this life-saving treatment.

He is a father of three daughters 👧👧👧, a devoted husband, and a true healthcare hero who worked day and night to save lives.

ለጤና ባለሙያዎች በሙሉ:

ጤና ሚኒስቴር የጤናና ጤና ነክ ተቋማትን የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ደህንነትን እና ጥራት ለማሻሻል ዘርፈ ብዙ የቁጥጥር ስራዎችን እያከናወነ ይገኛል። በዚህም መሰረት የጤናና ጤና ነክ ተቋማት እና ባለሙያዎች ቁጥጥር መሪ ስራ አስፈፃሚ የቁጥጥር ዘርፉን አቅምና ውጤታማነት ለማሻሻል ከሚሰሩ ስትራቴጂካዊ እርምጃዎች ውስጥ አንደኛው የጤና ቁጥጥር ስርዓትን በማጠናከር ጥራቱና ደህንነቱ የተረጋገጠ የጤና አገልግሎት ለማህበረሠቡ መሠጠቱን ማረጋጥ አንደኛው ነው። ይህንንም እውን ለማድረግ ፍለጎቱ እና በዘርፉ ላይ ዝንባሌ ያላቸውን የተለያዩ የጤና ባለሙያዎች እንዲሣተፉ እድሉን በማመቻቸት እንድም በዘርፉ ውስጥ የሚታየውን የሙያ ሥብጥር ክፍተት ለመሙላት በሁለተኛም እነዚህ ባለሙያዎች በቋሚነት በሚሠሩበት ተቋም ውስጥ ጥራት ያለው የጤና አገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ባህል እንዲዳብር፣ የሁሌም ተግባራቸው እንዲሆንና አምባሣደር ለማድረግ በማሰብ ይህንን ማስታወቂያ አውጥተናል።

ስለሆነም በቁጥጥር ስራ ላይ በበጎ ፈቃደኝነት ለመሣፍ ፍላጎቱ ያላችሁ እና በአሁኑ ሠዓት በጤናው ዘርፍ ተሠማርታችሁ እየሠራችሁ የምትገኙ የጤና ባለሙያዎች ከዚህ በታች በተዘረዘሩት መስፈርቶች መሰረት ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 20 ቀናት ከዚህ በታች የተቀመጠዉን ማስፈንጠሪያ(link) በመጫን መመዝገብ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንጠይቃለን።
