የአንጀት መታጠፍ የምንለው አንድ የአንጀት ክፍል ወደ ሌላ አንጀት ክፍል ውስጥ ተጎትቶ ሲገባ ነው። ብዙ ጊዜ ትንሹ አንጀት ወደ ትልቁ አንጀት ውስጥ ነው የሚገባው። ይህ አስቸኳይ የጤና እክል በብዛት ከ 6 ወር እስከ 3 ዓመት ባሉ ሕፃናት ላይ የሚከሰት ሲሆን በጊዜ ካልታከመ የአንጀት የደም ዝውውርን በመቁረጥ የአንጀት መሞትና መበሳትን ያስከትላል።
ዋና ዋና ምልክቶች
የሚታመሙት ልጆች አብዛኛው ከ5 አመት በታች ስለሆኑ የሆድ ቁርጠታቸውን ማስረዳት አይችሉም። ። በተጨማሪም ማስመለስ እንዲሁም በሰገራ ላይ ደም እና ንፍጥ የቀላቀለ ነገር ሊታይ ይችላል።
ተደጋጋሚ ኃይለኛ የሆድ ቁርጠት: . ህመሙ በሚመጣበት ጊዜ እግሮቻቸውን ወደ ሆድ ማጠፍ እና በጣም ማልቀስ:: ይህ ህመም በመሃል እረፍት እየሰጠ በየ 20 ደቂቃው ይደጋገማል::
ልፋጭ እና ደም የቀላቀለ ሰገራ ወይም ተቅማጥ አንዳንዴ ከሰገራ ጋር ቡናማ ዝልግልግ ያለ ፈሳሽ ይኖረዋል

Intussusception in Children (Bowel Obstruction)
Intussusception happens when one part of the intestine slides into another part, much like a telescope folding into itself. Most often, a section of the small intestine slips into the large intestine. This is a medical emergency that most commonly occurs in children between 6 months and 3 years. If not treated promptly, it can cut off blood supply to the intestine, causing tissue death and rupture.
Main Signs & Symptoms
Because most affected children are under 5 years old, they cannot always explain their abdominal pain clearly.
Watch for these signs:
Severe, cramping abdominal pain: Episodes may cause the child to pull their legs toward the stomach and cry intensely. The pain usually comes in waves every 15–20 minutes.
Bloody or mucus-streaked stool (sometimes described as “red currant jelly” stool).
Vomiting
Fever
Abdominal swelling or tenderness
Unusual tiredness or weakness
Urgent Advice:
If your child shows these symptoms, do not delay. Seek immediate medical care!. Early treatment can save your child’s life.
