የደም አፍሳሽ ትኩሳት (Hemorrhagic Fever)

የደም አፍሳሽ ትኩሳት: በቫይረስ አማካኝነት የሚመጣና ለሕይወት አስጊ የሆነ ከባድ በሽታ ነው። ዋናው ችግሩ የደም ሥሮችን በማድከም ደም እንዲፈስ እና ከፍተኛ ትኩሳት እንዲኖር ማድረግ ነው።

❗️መንስኤዎች

በሽታው የሚከሰተው በተለያዩ የቫይረስ ዓይነቶች ነው። ከእነዚህም መካከል ኢቦላ፣ ማርበርግ፣ ላሳ፣ ቢጫ ወባ እና ዴንጊ ትኩሳት የመሳሰሉት ይገኙበታል።

❗️መተላለፊያ መንገዶች

የደም አፍሳሽ ትኩሳት (Hemorrhagic Fever) ቫይረሶች የሚተላለፉት በአራት ዋና ዋና መንገዶች ነው።

⚠️ 1. በእንስሳት ፈሳሾች ንክኪ:
እንደ አይጥና የሌሊት ወፍ ባሉ በበሽታው በተያዙ እንስሳት (Animal Contact) ወይም በፈሳሾቻቸው (ሽንት፣ ሰገራ፣ ወዘተ) ቀጥተኛ ንክኪ አማካኝነት።

⚠️ 2. በሽታው ያለባቸውን እንስሳት (ለምሳሌ የሌሊት ወፍ በዋሻ ውስጥ) መንካት ወይም በበሽታው የተያዘውን የእንስሳት ሥጋ አግባብ ባልሆነ መንገድ ማዘጋጀት።

⚠️ 3. በተባይ ንክሻ (Vectors):
በበሽታው ከተያዙ ትንኞች ወይም መዥገሮች ንክሻ አማካኝነት።

ማሳሰቢያ: ቢጫ ወባ እና ዴንጊ ትኩሳት በዚህ መንገድ ይተላለፋሉ።

⚠️ 4. ከሰው ወደ ሰው ቀጥተኛ ንክኪ:
በበሽተኛ ሰውነት ፈሳሾች (ደም፣ ትውከት፣ ምራቅ፣ ሽንት፣ ሰገራ፣ ወዘተ) አማካኝነት ቀጥተኛ ንክኪ ሲፈጠር።

የተበከሉ አልባሳትን ወይም የሕክምና ቁሳቁሶችን መንካትም ለበሽታው ሊያጋልጥ ይችላል።

ማስታወሻ: እነዚህ ቫይረሶች እንደ ጉንፋን በአየር አይተላለፉም!

ዋና ዋና የመከላከያ እርምጃዎች

✔️ የንፅህና አጠባበቅ: እጅን አዘውትሮ በሳሙና መታጠብ።
✔️ ጥንቃቄ: ከአይጦችና ከቫይረሱ አምጪ እንስሳት ጋር ያለን ንክኪ መቀነስ።
✔️ የሕመምተኛ እንክብካቤ: የታመመን ሰው ሲንከባከቡ ጓንትና ማስክ በመጠቀም የሰውነት ፈሳሾችን (ደም፣ ወዘተ) ከመንካት ይጠበቁ።
