A garden moment at Zoma Village in Entoto with my sister and cofounder Meski, where we discovered the vibrant Nasturtium plant.

Both the leaves and flowers are edible, full of peppery flavor and natural healing benefits. Nasturtium contains natural mustard oils, known for their antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and immune-supporting properties. Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, it is a reminder that nourishment and medicine often grow quietly all around us.
Thank you for preserving such a beautiful space where healing plants and culture meet.
