★ ያሉህን እውነተኛ ጥንካሬዎች ተናገር ፡ እንዲኖርህ የምትፈልገውን ሳይሆን ያለህን ነገር፡፡
★ ከምትወዳደርበት የስራ መደብ ጋር ተያያዥነት ያላቸውን ሙያዊ ጥንካሬዎችን አስቀድም፡፡
7፡ ድክመቶችህ ምን ምን ናቸው?
ሀለሉም ሰው ድክመቶች ቢኖሩበትም ቅሉ በስራ ቃለ መጠይቅ ወቅት እኒህ እኒህ ድክመቶች አሉብኝ ብሎ መናገር አይመከርም ይልቁን የሚታይ ድክመት አለብኝ ብዬ አላምንም ለዚህም ማስረጃ የሚሆነኝ እኔ ባለብኝ ድክመት ምክንያት ነገሮች ተበላሽተውበኝ አለማወቃቸው አንዱ ማሳያዬ ነው ብሎ መመለስ ተገቢ ይሆናል፡፡

አሁን ልትቀጠርበት ባለው የሙያ ዘርፍ ቀደም ብለህ ያስመዘገብከውን ውጤት ተናገር ፡ የሰራኸውን ነገር መናገር ጉራ አይደለምና ዘና ብለህ ስላበረከትከው ነገር አውራ ፡ ጀማሪ ተቀጣሪም ከሆነክ መመረቂያህ ተግባራዊ ተደርጎ ተሰርቶ ከሆነ እሱን ጥቀስ፡
9፡ ቀደም ብሎ በነበረህ የስራ ወቅት የገጠመህ ግጭት ወይም አለመግባባት ነበር ወይ? ከገጠመህስ እንዴት ፈታኸው?

ሰለም ሁኑተው ቢጠብቁትም እንደማይችሉት ታወቃቸውና ተስፋ በመቁረጥ ወደ ጫካቸው እንዲመለሱ ግድ ሆነባቸውና ግብግቡ በዝሆኑ አልበገር ባይነት ተጠናቀቀ።

የኢትዮጵያ ገቢዎችን ጉምሩክ ባለሥልጣን በተለያዩ የሙያ መስኮች የተመረቁ ባለሙያዎችን በመቅጠር፤ በማሰልጠንና በማሰማራት ኃላፊነቱን በመወጣት ላይ ነው፡፡

ባለሥልጣኑ በ2009 በጀት ዓመት ያያዘውን ዕቅድ ውጤታማ በሆነ መንገድ ለመፈፀም በተለያዩ የሙያ መስኮች በመጀመሪያ ድግሪ የተመረቁ ባለሙያዎችን በመቅጠር በዋናው መ/ቤትና በሥሩ በሚገኙ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቶች ባሉ 1000 ክፍት የሥራ መደቦች ላይ ሥራ ፈላጊዎችን አወዳድሮ ለመቅጠር ይፈልጋል፡፡ ለክፍት ሥራ መደቦቹ የሚያመለክቱ ሥራ ፈላጊዎች፡-

ከከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋም በ2008 የትምህርት ዘመን በመጀመሪያ ድግሪ የተመረቁ፤
በመደበኛ የትምህርት ፕሮግራም ተምረው ያጠናቀቁ፤
የተጠቃለለ የመመረቂያ ነጥባቸው ቢያንስ ወንዶች 2.5 እና ሴቶች 2.2 ያላቸው እና
መመዝገብ ለሚፈልጉበት የሥራ መደብ ባለሥልጣኑ ያወጣውን የትምህርት መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ ለክፍት የሥራ መደቦች የሚያስፈልገው የትምህርት ዓይነት በተቋሙ ድረ-ገጽ erca.gov.et ላይ ስለሚገኝ ከምዝገባ በፊት ዝርዝሩን መመልከት ይቻላል፡፡

ስለሆነም ሥራ ፈላጊዎች ከሐምሌ 23 -28 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም ድረስ ባሉ ስድስት ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ፡-

በአዲስ አበባ በሚገኙ ዋናው መ/ቤት እና ቅ/ጽ/ቤቶች መቀጠር የሚፈልጉ ሥራ ፈላጊዎች መገናኛ በሚገኘውና ከዋና መ/ቤት ዝቅ ብሎ ባለው ኮከብ ሕንፃ፣
ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ውጭ በሚገኙ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቶች መቀጠር የሚፈልጉ ሥራ ፈላጊዎች መቀጠር በሚፈልጉበት የባለሥልጣኑ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መመዝገብ የሚችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽን፤ ከአዲስ አበባ ውጭ የሚገኙ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቶቻችን በመቀሌ፤ በባሕርዳር፤ በሚሌ፤ በኮምቦልቻ፤ በጅግጅጋ፤ በድሬዳዋ፤ በሞያሌ፤ በጅማ፤ በሀዋሳ፤ በአዳማ እና በሞጆ የሚገኙ መሆኑን እናሳስባለን፡፡

ሥራ ፈላጊዎች ለምዝገባ ሲመጡ ዋናውን የትምህርት ማስረጃቸውን ይዘው መምጣት ያለባቸው ሲሆን በዋናው መ/ቤት የሚካሄደው የአዲስ አበባ አመልካቾች ምዝገባ ቀጥሎ በተመለከተው ፕሮግራም መሰረት ብቻ የሚፈጸም መሆኑን በጥብቅ እናስታውቃለን፡፡

የፈተና ቀን፤ ቦታና ሰዓት በወደፊት አመቺና ተደራሽ በሆነ መንገድ ይገለጻል፡፡
ክፍት የሥራ መደቡ ፆታ አይለይም፡፡
ሴቶች ይበረታታሉ፡፡
ከተገለጸው የምዝገባ ፕሮግራም ቀድሞ ወይም ዘግይቶ ለምዝገባ መምጣት ተቀባይነት የሌለው ሲሆን በምዝገባም ወቅት ከምዝገባ ፕሮግራማቸው ውጭ ወደ ዋናው መ/ቤት የምዝገባ ቦታ የሚመጡ አመልካቾችም አይስተናገዱም፡፡
