በ2026 socialmedia ላይ LIVE ካልገባው በስተቀር ለመፖሰትም ይሁን የሰዎችን ፖስት ለመቃረም ለራሴ የምፈቅድለት የሰዐት ገደብ በኢትዮጵያ ከጠዋቱ ከ5-6 ሰዐት ብቻ መሆኑን እንዲታወቅልኝ እወዳለው and I am doing this because I want all of you to hold me accountable…ከዚህ ሰዐት ውጪ በእያንዳንዷ social media ላይ በተገኘሁበት ጊዜ በገዛ ፍቃዴ እዚ post ላይ “1000” ብሎ comment ለፃፈ/ች 1 ሰው “1000”ብር እልካለው🙆🏽‍♀️(maybe the one with the most likes?)

እንዴ I gave up on “Will” thing!!! ትኩረት ውድ ሸቀጥ ሆኖ የለ! Fighting against world giant companies investing 20-50 billions of dollars a year to attention engineering departments and then expecting a “win”? ወገን…በምን አቅሜ?

• Emotional arousal (outrage, desire, fear, validation)

Do researches show that “the more educated a woman becomes, the more arrogantly she will behave”? (because someone argued this in the comments in my previous post on LinkedIn)

I appreciate evidence based discussion but such researches are often based on societal perceptions rather than objective facts because even if both educated men and women react the same way to a similar situation, an assertive woman is more likely to be perceived as “arrogant” while for men, society accepts it as just normal or appropriate. In other words, “double standards”

Besides, the way society responds to educated women might also be filled with doubts demanding her to always be proving herself…which might bring out natural defensive out of fatigue. Not because she is a woman but because she is a human who is invalidated and misunderstood.

Also an educated woman is more likely to carve her own path despite the public pushing her to a typical path which isn’t always appreciated.

Of course, Change always comes with resistance. Obviously! And I guess the resistance sometimes looks like labeling the ‘new identity” as arrogance 🤷🏽‍♀️

Another የመደናበር story

በቀደም የሆነ ቦታ ደርሼ ስመለስ ወደ ዶርሜ የምትመልሰኝን 16 ቁጥር ባስ እየጠበኩ ሳያት ዘው ብዬ መግባት! ከእዛ ዶርሜ እስከምደርስ ስልኬን እየነካካው አንድ ባንድ ሁሉም ተሳፋሪ ወርዷል ለካ እኔ አላስተዋልኩላችሁም! ሹፌሯ ዞር ብላ የመጨረሻው ነው ማለት! What?! ዞር ብዬ ሳይላችሁ ዶርም እሄዳለው ያልኩት ልጅ ራሴን የከተማው መሀል ባቡር ጣቢያ አገኘሁት።

ወየው! ማመን ነው ያቃተኝ! ሰዐቴን ሳይ ከምሽቱ 2 ሰዐት አካባቢ ነው እንባዬ ነው የመጣው! ሹፌሯ ተሳስተሽ ከሆነ አትክፈይኝ ብላ አላስከፈለችኝም። Bless her!

This is a picture I took on that day infront of the train station as a reminder of this chaos. በውስጤ ላለቅስ ጫፍ ላይ ደርሼ ነበር ግን ቢያንስ በሁኔታው ልሳቅበት ብዬ ራሴን ለማባበል እየሞከርኩ ነበር::

Check ሳደርግ ወደዶርም የሚመልሰኝ ባስ የቀኑ የመጨረሻው 2:45 ላይ ይነሳል! እሱ ካመለጠኝ መንገድ ላይ ማደሬ ነው። 30 ደቂቃ(የሆነ ሰው ደይቃ አይደለም ደቂቃ ነው ብሎኛል) ምናምን ጠብቄ በሰላም ወደ ዶርሜ ገባሁላችሁ። ግን መንገዱን ሳልሳሳት፣ የባስ ቁጥሩን ሳልሳሳት ለምን መሄድ የምፈልገው ተቃራኒ ቦታ ላይ end up አደረኩኝ?

Turns out መቆም ከነበረብኝ አስፋልቱን ተሻግሬ አቅጣጫውን ነው የሳትኩት! መንገዱ ተሳስቱ አይደለም። ሁለቱም 16 ቁጥር ባስ ግን The direction was wrong! And i thought about this incident and the metaphor was ተመሳሳይ መንገድ መርጠን ተቃራኒ መቅጣጫ ሊወስደን ይችላል። “የትኛው መንገድ ላይ ነኝ?” ብቻ ሳይሆን “ወዴት ነው እየሄድኩ ያለሁት” ብሎ መጠየቅ ጥሩ ነው። መንገዱ አድራሽ እንጂ መዳረሻ አይደለም። መንገዱንም አቅጣጫውንም መዳረሻውንም ልብ ማለት ይበጃል።

(I posted this picture with another unrelated caption and someone asked me “ፎቶው ከዚ ጋር ምን አገናኘው?”😂 and I responded “አይገናኝም” but i guess this time ተገናኝቷል🤣🤣

In Japan, when you see a house looks like this, you kind of know _ the owner either passed away(more likely) or moved out to never come back.

It’s called, “Akia” (空き家), and there’re a lot of them specially in the countryside where the kids and grandkids have probably gone to big cities to work for big companies or bigger dreams. Most are neither sold nor rented. Just abandoned, left behind. The government still hasn’t figured out what to do with them. Meanwhile, nature takes over — grass, hanging branches, and little forests have found their home 🏡
