1. Fasting Blood Sugar/የስኳር ምርመራ

ይሄ የስኳር ህመም ለመመርመር እና ለመከታተል ይጠቅማል። ምግብ ስንበላ፣ በሰውነታችን ውስጥ ወደ ስኳር ይቀየራል፤ ይህም የደም ስኳር መጠናችንን ለጊዜው ከፍ ያደርገዋል። ስለዚህ፣ ሰውነታችሁ ያለውን የስኳር መጠን በትክክል ለማወቅ ከምርመራው በፊት ከ8 እስከ 12 ሰዓት ምግብ አለመብላት አስፈላጊ ነው።"

1️⃣ የፀሐይ መከላከያ (Sunscreen) መጠቀም ☀️
- ይህ ከሁሉም በላይ ወሳኙ እና የመጀመሪያው እርምጃ ነው! ማድያትን ከሚያባብሱ ነገሮች መሀከል የፀሐይ ብርሃን ዋነኛው ነው።
አጠቃቀም?
- ቢያንስ SPF 30 እና ከዛ በላይ የሆነ
- በየቀኑ መቀባት
- ቤት ውስጥም ቢሆኑ፣ ውጪ ፀሐይ ባይኖርም መቀባት አለቦት
- በየ 2-3 ሰዓቱ ደጋግሞ መቀባት

2️⃣ ቆዳን በጥንቃቄ መያዝ(Be Gentle) 🧼
- ማድያት ያለበት ቆዳ በቀላሉ ሊቆጣ ይችላል
- ቆዳን መፈግፈግና ማሸት ችግሩን ያባብሰዋል እንጂ አያጠፋውም
- ቆዳን በሚታጠቡበት ጊዜ በጣም ለስላሳ እና ሰልፌት የሌለው (Sulfate-free) ማጽጃ መጠቀም
- ሻካራ የሆኑ ስክራቦችን (scrubs) እና ጠንካራ ኬሚካሎችን በፍጹም አለመጠቀም

የፀሐይ ብርሃን ለህፃናት ጤና

የፀሐይ ብርሃን ለህፃናት ጤና እና እድገት አስፈላጊ ከሆኑ ነገሮች አንዱ ነው።

ሃገራችን ኢትዮጵያ የፀሐይ ብርሃን በበቂ ከሚያገኙ ሃገሮች አንዷ ናት። ነገር ግን ብዙ ሰዎች ሕፃናትን እንዴት በአግባቡ ፀሐይ ማሞቅ እንዳለባቸው በቂ ግንዛቤ በማጣት ምክንያት፣ ሕፃናት ለተለያዩ ህመሞች ሲጋለጡ እናያለን፡፡

የፀሐይ ብርሃን ዋናው ጠቀሜታው ቫይታሚን D እንዲመረት ወይም active እንዲሆን ያግዛል። ይህም ለአጥንት እድገት እና በሽታን ለመከላከል በጣም አስፈላጊ ንጥረ ነገር ነው፡፡

ወላጆች ሕፃናት ከተወለዱ ከሁለተኛ ሳምንታቸው ጀምሮ እስከ አንድ ዓመታቸው ወይም ፀሐይ በራሳቸው ወጥተው ማግኘት እስኪጀምሩ ድረስ የፀሐይ ብርሃን ማሞቅ እንደሚገባቸው የዓለም ጤና ድርጅት (WHO) እና የአሜሪካን ህፃናት ማህበር (American Association of Pediatrics) ይመክራሉ።

ይህም ከጠዋት 4፡ዐዐ ሰዓት ጀምሮ እስከ ቀን 1ዐ፡ዐዐ ሰዓት ድረስ ባለው ጊዜ በአማካይ ለ2ዐ ደቂቃ ያህል፣ በየቀኑ፤ ምንም አይነት ቅባት ሳንጠቀም መሆን አለበት፡፡
