Breakfast is an addiction!
ቁርስ ካልበላሁ ቀኔ ይበላሻል የምትሉ ሁሉ admit it የቁርስ ሱስ ይዟችኋል። ምክንያቱም ብዙ ጊዜ ቁርስ ላይ የሚበላው ዳቦ፣ እንጀራ ፍርፍርና ሻይ የመሳሰሉ ነገሮች አይጠፉም። Which are all carbohydrates, sugars. And sugars have dopaminergic effect. In short you have been addict to that dopamine in the morning. So if you skip a breakfast, you will be depressed for sure (withdrawal) because your dopamine receptors have been desensitised so that you must have more than normal blood levels to bring about the same effects.
በአጭሩ ቁርስ ሱስ ነው። Stop eating brakfast. If you can't, you can delay it till 10-11 o'clock or have mainly proteins and fats for brakfast. But it is best if skip it altogether.
