Welcome! today I'm going to show you how to start keto..
Keto is switching from burning sugar fuel to fat fuel. The Important hormone called insulin is the key 🔑 to determine which you r gonna burn 🔥 so you wanna keep it low to burn fat. When insulin goes higher your body will burn sugar..which you don't want that to happen.
Where is z game...don't worry I gotcha!..Eat less frequent meals coz every time u eat your insulin spiked which u don't want zat coz w z presence of insulin u can't burn fat...Cut down all ur carbs including sugar coz every time u eat carbs u trigger insulin hell no! u don't want zat too.
