Installation & Training Update | Debrebirhan University

Gilando Biomedical Solution PLC, in partnership with Mindray, is pleased to share a recent installation and capacity-building milestone at Debrebirhan University – Asrat Woldeyes Health Science Campus, Hakim Gizaw Teaching Hospital.

Following the successful installation of four Mindray SV600 Mechanical Ventilators, we conducted comprehensive clinical and service training for ICU clinicians and Biomedical Engineers. The sessions focused on safe operation, advanced ventilation strategies, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal utilization and long-term performance.

The Mindray SV600 represents the latest generation of mechanical ventilation technology, offering:
- Advanced ventilation modes
- Capnography
- Recruitment maneuvers
- Integrated weaning tools
- Broad patient coverage for neonates, pediatrics, and adults

This reflects our continued commitment to strengthening critical care capacity through technology, training, and long-term partnership with healthcare institutions across Ethiopia.
