FOCUSED into ‘26. With a Hyrox race and trail runs coming up, amongst which my first Ultra marathon (60km) there is enough to train for. The current focus lies on making enough metres while maintaining and even gaining strength. So far, so good.

This year I continue coaching and workshops, I am very happy where I am and grateful for the awesome people I work with. You give me the opportunity to keep doing the job I love. And I LOVE movement!

I also continue to focus on mobility and joint health specialisation - if you are someone who is struggling with range of motion, feeling stuck/stiff, or hitting a plateau in certain movements? I might be able to help you with that.

‘Menstrual health includes all aspects of physical, mental, and social well-being related to the menstrual cycle. Welcome to an inspiring session Friday 28th of March where we explore menstrual health! The guest of the day is Personal trainer and Health & Wellness Coach Iris Vos from Flow nomads.

Doors open at 12 and close at 14. No registration needed.

The meeting is in “Paviljongen”, Vironkatu 12 C 29. Press the button “SKF Sörnäs” and wait for the signal at the gate, and the door. Usually we meet at Luckan in Helsinki, but for the next three weeks, we will be meeting at Paviljongen due to the facade renovation at Luckan.’

Do you experience PMS? Some do not experience it all, some have to lie in foetus-hold for days.. we are all different! Personally what really helps me: lots of water (even though I bloat, I like the cleansing feeling), some dark chocolate, rest/easy going cardio movement, no or low caffeine, and focusing on lots of veggies. No important events in this time for me.
