Does this sound familiar?
You decide it’s time to “get healthy” so you go all in:

🎯 Cut out carbs and sugar
🎯 Plan 6 workouts a week
🎯 Promise yourself 10k steps every day

It feels good for a few days… until life gets busy. Then it’s too much, and you feel like you’ve failed.

The problem isn’t you. The problem is trying to change everything at once. Yes, the first step gets you started but t’s the small, consistent steps that will keep you going.

That might mean:

✅ Adding one serving of veggies to your meals.
✅ A short walk instead of aiming for 10k steps right away
✅ Going to bed 15 minutes earlier

On day 1, it feels tiny.
By day 30, it feels normal.
By day 90, it’s become who you are.

You don’t need the best diet. You need your first step.

One of the questions I get the most is: “What’s the best training program or diet?”

Often, this comes from people who want to change their lifestyle but haven’t taken the first steps yet. They get stuck in the loop of finding the “perfect” strategy, when what actually matters is simply starting.

That first step can be as simple as following a free YouTube workout or adding more veggies to your meals. Are there more advanced options? Of course. But if you’re not active yet, those small actions are how you begin to build a routine, and more importantly, an environment that supports change.

Remember: there’s no such thing as a “small” step if you’re consistent. Every step counts. 💕

She’s been training to improve her pole dancing performance, so our focus has been on building shoulder strength, control, and balance and she’s feeling the difference, both in her training and in daily life.

When it comes to fat loss, applying the basics always wins.
Don’t overcomplicate things eliminating food groups or training until exhaustion everyday at the gym. What actually works is simple, the old basics. However, many people seem to ignore them as they imply a change of lifestyle in a era where most people want quick fixes with the lowest possible commitment. But I assure you one thing, stick to these principles and you will 100% succeed:
▪️CALORIE DEFICIT: if you’re eating more than your burning in a consistent base you will gain weight. On the contrary, if you eat less than you’re burning you’ll lose weight. So simply said, eat less. Choose whatever method works for you and that you can follow consistently (intuitive eating, calorie counting, intermitting fasting, etc. - all strategies may work as long as you are able to apply the one you chose correctly and consistently).
▪️CONSISTENCY: every diet or strategy can lead to success or failure. It all depends on how consistent you are at applying it. If your diet is really strict, you’ll be able to follow it just temporarily but eventually you’ll end up going back to your old habits as you’ll feel deprived. So choose an approach that is sustainable and that you can follow longterm, that’s the key.
▪️STRENGTH TRAINING: Muscles are your best bet! Strength training burns tons of calories. Plus, the more muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn at rest. Aim for at least 3 strength training sessions per week.
▪️PROTEIN INTAKE: Calories do matter. But don’t ignore protein in a fat loss phase. Protein will preserve muscle mass while your calories decrease. Also, protein is the most energy costly macronutrient, which means compare to fats and carbohydrates its thermogenic effect is a lot more important (which means you’ll burn more calories by digesting it). Protein will also keep you satisfied for longer time, which is extremely important during a calorie deficit (if you constantly feel hungry, the higher the chances you end up over eating). Eating around 1.8 to 2g protein x Kg/day is a good general rule of thumb.
▪️PROPER SLEEP: nothing can beat the power of a good sleep.

Hello Brave! is our way to welcome you to a new stage of your life: one that you might have ignored for a long time, but one that will be the most rewarding you’ve ever experienced. We believe there is a great amount of strength in every woman, but there are also a lot of insecurities that won’t let them see it.

Our biggest goal is to help women to reveal and acknowledge their power to change their bodies and their lives. We want to guide you through a path that will be full of satisfaction, but also full of work and discipline. A path of self-discovery that will be unique because it will only be built for you and will lead you to your best version inside and outside. With Hello Brave! we hope that you learn that exercising and eating healthy must not feel like a burden, it should feel amazing!
