My ’fast food’. Less than 25 minutes to make a healthy and tasty meal with real food ingredients. My cuisine is mix of Italian and Japanese cooking with tiny Finnish touch. I have eaten the healthiest and most delicious meals in Yamagata, Japan (so far). What is your favorite cuisine?

Remaking the Finnish Karelian pies with Cassava flour. The original crust recipe is with rye flour, but because of my allergies I am always looking for something else to replace the ingredients. Cassava flour mixed with teff flour and some rice flour gave that right crust what I was looking for. We usually eat the Karelian pies with egg-butter or simply with plain butter and some cheese.

🧬This was an excellent course and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in Nutrigenetics. 🧬

Finally I found organic beef liver which tastes good ❤️. Perfect for my simple liver pate which only has 5 ingredients but what gives you a lot of good nutrients. Since the pate has also olive oil (organic extra virgin of course) you can skip the butter if you want to eat it with the bread.
The heart on the top of the liver pate is made with dried rowan berries.

I bought the liver and a lot of meat 😊 yesterday from a local organic farm .
