Dear friends, in these final weeks of the year, the energetic landscape feels like a threshold—one foot still inside the deep, coiled realms of the Snake Year, and the other already sensing the wild, forward-moving pulse of the Horse. The Snake has guided us through an inner alchemical cycle: dissolving old identities, purging outdated narratives, and confronting the patterns hidden beneath the surface. This was a year of detoxification at the soul level, where the unseen demanded our attention. Now, as we approach the Year of the Horse, that inner transformation begins shifting outward, seeking movement, expression, and embodiment.

The Snake teaches through stillness. It reveals through shedding. Throughout 2025, energetically sensitive people felt the pull to release layers of self that no longer resonated—emotional excess, heavy memories, dysfunctional habits. This deep shedding created space, even if it left some feeling suspended in limbo. But the Snake’s medicine is precise: it clears the energetic channels so the next phase of life—more dynamic, more embodied—can be lived without the drag of outdated energy. As the year closes, many are experiencing that final shedding wave: the last skins, the last attachments, the final echoes of what you no longer can carry into the next cycle.

The Horse enters with a completely different rhythm. Where the Snake coils inward, the Horse expands outward. It gallops into open space, seeking motion, adventure, and expression. The transition into the Horse Year marks a shift from introspective transformation to lived transformation: the moment when the work done in the shadows asks to be embodied in the light. The Horse encourages bold choices, forward movement, leadership, and the reclaiming of personal power. This new energy lifts the gaze from the ground and toward the horizon, igniting a renewed sense of direction and purpose.

As this shift unfolds, many will feel their life force rising again after months—or even years—of internal work. Inspiration returns. Creative flow reactivates. Decisions that once felt heavy now feel obvious. But with this activation comes an adjustment period: your DNA, your nervous system, and your emotional body are recalibrating from the Snake’s slow, dissolving frequency to the Horse’s fast, expansive one. This can feel like going from water to fire, from meditation to movement, from surrendering to initiating.

During this transition, physical symptoms may surface as the body attempts to catch up with the soul’s acceleration. Some may feel restlessness, as if something is urging them to move—but the direction is not fully revealed yet. This is the Horse awakening within you, preparing your system for momentum.

I wasn’t quite sure where my life was going or how to break free from some of the limits I had unknowingly set for myself. One afternoon, I decided to listen to the audiobook on Audible, unsure of what I was about to dive into. But as Dr. Joe Dispenza’s voice started to narrate the science and stories behind “becoming supernatural,” something clicked. His voice was calm, methodical, yet filled with a quiet energy that suggested he wasn’t just speaking theory—he had lived and breathed these principles. And it wasn’t just the science that got me; it was how he connected everything to everyday life in such a profound, relatable way. The book felt like a map to a completely new way of being. Dr. Dispenza didn’t just teach me something; he helped me feel something. Here are 8 life-changing lessons I took away from the book, and I genuinely believe they could help anyone ready to break free from the ordinary.

1. Thoughts Are Powerful Energy Waves: The first thing that hit me was how Dr. Dispenza explains that thoughts aren’t just fleeting ideas in our minds. They’re energy waves that have real, measurable effects on our bodies and the world around us. He explained how our thoughts create electromagnetic fields that influence our personal reality. On the flip side, when we focus on what we do want and begin to visualize it with strong emotion, we start directing our energy to create that reality. It was a game-changer for me. By consciously choosing where I place my attention, I could shift the energy of my day, my life, and even my health. This lesson made me realize how powerful the act of focusing truly is.

7. The Heart and Mind in Coherence: This lesson emphasized the importance of heart-brain coherence. Dr. Dispenza showed how when our heart and mind are in sync—when our thoughts and emotions align with our heart’s true desires—we become powerful creators. The idea of heart-brain coherence stayed with me. It was one thing to think positive thoughts, but to feel them deeply, to align them with genuine emotion—now that’s where the magic happens. Once I began practicing heart-focused meditation, I felt more whole and connected, not just to myself but to the energy of the universe around me.

8. Becoming Supernatural Is About Living in the Unknown: Dr. Dispenza closed with the idea that to truly become supernatural, we must embrace the unknown. The familiar is what keeps us stuck in the same cycle, but it’s in the unknown where true transformation occurs. This was profound. We are conditioned to resist uncertainty, to seek control.
