Full-Time Mate & Chief Stewardess Couple – 37m Charter
We are seeking an experienced and professional Mate and Chief Stewardess couple. The ideal candidates are a stable couple who have previously worked together and can bring professionalism, maturity, and a strong team-oriented approach onboard.

Mate
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Mate with a captaincy mindset. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and someone the Captain can fully rely on to take command in his absence.

-Minimum 200T License
-Strong charter experience
-Leadership and crew management skills
-Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
-Professional demeanor with owners, guests, and crew
-Experience with admin tasks
-Additional skills such as fishing, diving, or watersports are a plus
-Strong work ethic and team player

Position Details:
-Certifications: STCW, ENG1, B1/B2
-Start Date: Mid-April
-Location Preference: Florida or nearby
-Itinerary: Caribbean / Florida
-Salary: DOE + tips
-Benefits: Medical insurance, 40 days leave, one annual flight (up to $1,500)

Chief Stewardess
We are seeking a calm, organized, and emotionally intelligent Chief Stewardess to lead the interior. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards while maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere onboard. This role requires someone who can effectively manage a small interior team of two, working collaboratively and fostering a supportive, ego-free environment.

-Strong charter background
-Excellent knowledge of service, housekeeping, and laundry operations
-Leadership skills with the ability to adapt management style as needed
-Exceptional organization and attention to detail
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Skills in table décor and flower arrangements
-Experience with admin tasks
-Calm demeanor and professional attitude
-Strong work ethic and team player

Position Details:
-Certifications: STCW, ENG1, B1/B2
-Start Date: Mid-April
-Location Preference: Florida or nearby
-Itinerary: Caribbean / Florida
-Salary: DOE + tips

Freelance / Relief Female Chef – Charter Yacht (37m)

Location: Caribbean

We are seeking a culinary-trained freelance Female Chef to join a well-established, cohesive crew onboard a 37m charter yacht. This role is available as the permanent chef requires short-term relief during scheduled charter dates.

-Professionally culinary trained
-Essential: Experience preparing and serving kosher meals for charter guests
-Strong knowledge of dietary requirements, allergies, and food safety
-Confident in menu planning for guests and crew
-High standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization
-Professional, respectful, and team-oriented
-Calm under pressure with strong time management
-Budgeting, provisioning, and basic accounting experience
-Charter experience preferred

For a long time in my yachting career, I only pause when I was already drowning.

The team has been together for over three years, led by a Captain with excellent leadership skills and supported by a kind, respectful owner who genuinely takes care of his crew.

Requirements & Profile:
-Culinary trained and experienced in diverse cuisines
-Professional who upholds etiquette with crew, owner, and guests
-Knowledge of nutrition, diets, allergies, food safety, and storage
-Skilled in menu planning with a varied repertoire for charter guests and crew
-Excellent creativity and presentation skills
-Passionate about showcasing culinary talent — the Chef will have the opportunity to represent the yacht in charter show competitions
-Great communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
-Highly organized, clean, and reliable with strong time management
