I was introduced to Decatur Healing Arts studio today! What a gem in the community. I attended Jeremy’s sound bath and it was so relaxing. The salt room was also beautiful and calming and Irene gave an amazing massage! Will be back! Highly recommend the studio and his next event on December 21st!

Had the most amazing empanadas today at in Homewood. I tried their vegan spinach and mushroom, mushroom, and caprese empanadas paired with the chimichurri sauce. Delicious! They have so many options to choose from and you can get them frozen and heat them up throughout the week as you need them! Highly recommended!

Happy ❤️ Day! It’s a wonderful day for self care. After a lovely morning yoga session with , I made one of my favorite juices, Carrot and Orange, and will use the leftover pulp for a refreshing face mask. has a divine roasted coconut scrub that leaves the body hydrated and renewed, especially needed on these bitter cold winter days. I will be incorporating CBD bath salts into my bath and read up on the beautiful inspiring life of Frida Kahlo. Please share what favorite rituals you will be incorporating to your self care day today!

Love a good salad! My version of the Greek chicken salad. Fresh organic greens, cucumber, avocado, kalamata olives, garlic, purple onion, chicken, feta cheese, goddess dressing, squeeze of lime and some fresh basil.
