Shadow to the light is an internal compass that guides us to understand our challenges.

We know that all of us have flaws and imperfections that become our traits and projections. Causes become mistaken for situations. I know in my life the same challenges were beginning to feel like my anchor. I blamed every problem on the situation until I discovered with introspection and most importantly honesty, that suppressed emotions were my cause, my pain, my conflict.

I studied counselling and psychology and became fascinated with the self we have invented (personified) and the self we keep hidden. It is the self that we hide, that with understanding, empathy and shadow to the lights natured therapy we can define. Through location, ambiance and a collective therapy we can shine a light on our challenges. This is a therapy that cares, it relies on honesty one’s desire to look within and feel in a safe non judgemental space.
