Dear ones! I truly hope you are staying safe and healthy during this deeply intense period. It’s been a while since I posted so I thought I would update you all on our status. Naseem and I have gone in different directions and we are no longer working together.

I have moved to France and have been blessed with the opportunity to build a gorgeous music temple in my home near Paris; I continue to lead sound meditation events in person (with the appropriate hygienic precautions) and virtually so I hope you will join me! I often begin the sound meditations with this beautiful mantra: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (the Adi Mantra) Which means:

I bow to the Creative Wisdom, I bow to the Divine Teacher within.
This mantra is used for “tuning in” to the divine flow and self-knowledge within each of us

I truly hope you will join me in either English, Spanish and even French led sound meditations! Sending you all the love in my heart! Stay strong and safe; we are in this together. So much love to you!

What it means to vibrate on a higher frequency? Why should you raise your vibrations? “The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love, and joy. You have little, if any, discomfort or pain in your physical body, and your emotions are easily dealt with.
Your energy is literally full of light! Your life flows with synchronicity, and you manifest what you desire with ease. Overall, your life takes on a positive quality.

Being in a higher vibration is going to become more and more important to you and the rest of the world as we experience greater awareness of the polarities between the lower and higher vibrations. We will begin to perceive greater separation between the “dark” and the “light” almost as if we live in two worlds at once. Manifestation always starts from our energy field within. Our subconscious mind is always at work 24/7 and stores all emotional imprints which is critical element sending signals to the Universe through the “feelings”.

Universe does not judge good or bad and will deliver more of our predominant thoughts and what we focus on. What happens when we have too much trauma and doubts and fear? It’s like cutting off much needed fuel for your thoughts and visions to come to life but because of the distortions, many people end up manifesting what they don’t want. What will be the quickest way to fix that distortion within us? Meditation!! However, practice of meditation “emptying our minds” can be difficult to achieve for many.

This is where “Sound Meditation” can easily helps to get in touch with your deeper subconscious mind clearing out the distortions and bring back balance and harmony by relaxing into your natural state of mind. Still not sure how this process works?
