This isn’t just a certificate… it’s been a long, somewhat unexpected journey!

When I first signed up for this International Coaching Federation coaching course, I didn’t really know what coaching was.
I thought I did.
But I didn’t.

It turned out to be something much deeper, much wider… and honestly, more profound than I expected.

First, I was intensively coached myself.
And one by one, I worked through my own blocks, my own questions, my own direction.

Not all at once… but steadily, over time.

I met some truly wonderful people along the way…coaches and others on their own journeys, all growing in different ways.

And slowly… I changed and developed too.

Alongside the learning, I’ve completed around 80 hours of coaching…
and I’ve started to bring this into my energy healing work.

Because Reiki clears and rebalances the energy…
but coaching helps you tune into your own needs in a very definite way.

And combining the two… can be incredibly powerful.

I chose this course very carefully.

I wanted something that felt aligned…
something with the right energy…
but also with strong ICF foundations.

I chose the Evolution Coaching Academy. because there’s a real emphasis on nature and intuition… which just felt right to me.

(And a small sign from the universe… the wonderful founder is called Lilith… and so is one of my beloved cats 🐾)

I’ve now completed Level 1…
…and I have one final step to go for my ACC accreditation.

This isn’t the end of anything.
It’s an expansion and an evolution.

It hasn’t always been easy…
and it’s been much deeper work than I expected.

But it’s been liberating…
and has added to my work in ways I could never have imagined.

When you’re ready for something to shift…
there’s always a way forward.
