In this meditation, Danis Bois uses the metaphore of the statue to lead the participants to achieve the perfect motionlessness of the body necessary to connect with the inner movement, with a reference to what the poet T.S. Elliot calls ‘the dance’, alluding to the co-existence of stillness and movement.
"And this motionlessness that is active is full of unforeseen events. This unexpected becomes the nourishment of your life."
"And so in this place in motion, there is everything that we feel, everything that we think, everything that we are, but there is also this presence of this movement that is, at the same time, in motion and motionless"
And gives us the feeling of being, the feeling of existing in a different way."
