// FREE MASKS IN LH //
Hi everyone ! Little update on the situation in LH : the préfecture is offering 1 free mask/inhabitant from tomorrow ! All infos are on the following website :

To summarize it briefly, there will be a map indicating every meeting point for masks in the city ; however, no need to go tomorrow as ppl older than 65 yo are first in line until the 11th of May ! The masks will be washable & can be used up to 50 times according to what we they told us. Hey lovely Mushus !
We hope you are safe in these difficult times. We wanted to share with you the main lines of the meeting we just had with Mrs Petit and Mr Fertey :
We raised the issue of academic & health struggles ; we talked about the feedbacks we had from you regarding the support from the admin and they carefully listened, emphasizing on the importance of communication with them & us on these matters. May you have any concerns or fears, do NOT hesitate to reach them in order to find solutions ! We are aware some of you have not been satisfied and that’s why we will all try to improve our actions !
We have been aware of the difficulties with the exam : just so you know, the key-word given to all teachers is UNDERSTANDING, that is to say the grades will be given according to the current situation and harmonization(s) done as usual.
We also talked about the medical team, and we want to tell you again that if you have any issue, you can reach to Mrs Thomas or Mrs Chang via the Whatsapp group that has been created. You can also contact us for any infos or if you just want to talk to someone !
We are currently assessing the way we can launch the candidacies for next year’s Health Ambassadors ; we will post after the exam week so that you can have a fresh and calm look on the expectations & the responsibilities it encompasses. Stay tuned !

Here are recommendations on some problems that you might face regarding health insurance ! If you have any questions, remember that you can pm this account whenever you want !
HPV INFOS :
If some of you want to get this specific vaccine, here are the steps :
go to the GP in order to get a prescription for the vaccine
go to the pharmacy so you can buy it with the needles
the GP will perform the first round
the 1st and 2nd vaccine shots need a 2 months gap, the 2nd and the 3rd a 5 months gap !
for a refund : only those who got all 3 vaccines inoculated BEFORE 20 years old are concerned (each needle is 130e), which means that you need to take the 1st inoculation at least 8 months before you are officially 20
FRENCH HEALTH INSURANCE SYSTEM INFOS :
important fact : the CVEC has NOTHING to do with the french health insurance system !
to get any refund, you need first to register on the website : ameli.fr (reupload every school year !)
after the registration, you can ask for the Carte Vitale but it is not necessary for a refund and it takes a lot of time and struggles with the french bureaucratie
if you need any medicine, go to the pharmacy with the prescription
you will get a brown/orange sheet to fill in and upload on the website : ameli.fr (french insurance account)
you will get a refund directly on your bank account after 1-2 months
important fact : psychological rdv DOES NOT get refund
no refund if you buy medicine outside of France !

Hey everyone ! As we did our very first session of "Sharing group" last week-end, we wanted to thank you all for your enthusiasm and your support ! That being said, we also wanted to emphasize again on the importance of self-care during this tough time ; we know the pressure of hard-work and social integration is heavy, but it remains capital for you to focus on your feelings, your desires, and above all your health (physical and mental). We want to reassure you again on the possibility to reach help (us or professionals) at any time, even when you feel you're in an impossible situation. We are all struggling every day, at different levels, and sometimes expressing your concerns to someone can help the healing ❤️ Don't forget to SLEEP as it directly impacts your ability to focus and calm down. Dear mushus,

For a quick clarification on the psychologist occupations, the psychologist is available on campus every Wednesday and he can only accept 5 students every time he come to Sc po due to his contract.
If you need an appointment ASAP he suggests 1. You can go to his office outside of the campus in LH, for the first time it will “very likely” be free because this is an exception, but you still need to try to get an appointment on campus at best. For every time after it will be 50 euros per hour (should be refunded by social security).
2. You can go to Terra Psy, which is an organization in LH totally FREE for students and you do need an appointment. They have English service as well (phone number 0641481194).
And do not forget that your health team would be always happy to help!

Don't forget the conference on sleep at lunch in the big amphi. It is organized by the medical team and will answer all your questions regarding sleep (difficulties to fall asleep, still tired after waking up...).
