It was 7:30am… I’m preparing to teach five classes.
Not my usual hours of operation on an overcast, cozy Sunday morning.
But anything for my love, Club Pilates 💙
Joining CP in 2021, has literally redirected my mindset, enhanced my health and impacted my finances 💫

I wish the same for you. To create the path that leads you closer to the service of your unique gifts.

Club Pilates has provided a space for me to be of service to their clients and members. I am an award winning speaker, best selling author, certified group coach and international retreat leader.
As a seasoned professional, I am able to share several of my gifts weekly at CP. It feels like a fun hobby.

I enjoyed myself so much on my travels to Europe.
So glad to be back home. Feeling fantastic in my body because of Pilates.
I asked my class today, “What changes have you experienced due to your practice in Pilates?”

One of my students said that she has lengthened her spine. Her doctor told her she has officially grown an inch! That is amazingly wonderful 💫
