Saturn in Pisces (Meena Rashi): March 2025 – June 2027

✨ Saturn in Pisces is a beautiful time to turn inward and explore your emotional and spiritual grounding.

You might notice themes like:
• Wanting clearer boundaries
• Feeling called to simplify or slow down
• A deeper need for connection — to yourself or to something bigger

So what can help during this time?

🌬 Breathwork — to regulate the nervous system and stay centered.
🤸‍♀️ Gentle movement — to stay connected to your body, without pressure.
🧘‍♂️ Meditation — to listen inward and reset mental patterns.

I teach weekly small group and individual classes in Lyon (and online) — a calm space to realign.

This moment, this breath — it’s always the place to begin.

✨ Curious? Message me and let’s find a time for you.

Saturn in Pisces (Meena Rashi): March 2025 – June 2027
A new chapter unfolds…

For the next two years, Saturn — the planet of discipline, responsibility, and karma — is traveling through Pisces, a sign of deep emotions, spirituality, dreams, and intuition.

You may wonder — why should I care where Saturn is?

In Jyotish (Vedic astrology), Saturn is a slow-moving, powerful teacher. Wherever it goes, it asks us to grow up, take responsibility, and mature — sometimes the hard way. It doesn’t bring quick results, but it brings real transformation when we’re willing to do the work.

✨ What might this mean for you?
This transit invites us to:

Build inner resilience.

Strengthen our connection to subtle realms: intuition, creativity, and spirit.

Create emotional boundaries.

Stay grounded even in uncertain waters.

It’s a time to turn inward and find structure in softness. To commit to your inner work.
If you've been thinking about meditation, breathwork, or a deeper emotional healing — this is your sign.

💫 Who feels it the most?

Those with Moon in Aquarius, Pisces, or Aries are currently in Sade Sati — a 7.5 year karmic cycle of Saturn, often linked with big shifts and lessons.

People with strong placements in Pisces (Moon, Ascendant, or Sun) will feel Saturn’s presence most.

🪐 Saturn doesn’t punish — it teaches.
It slows us down so we can build something lasting.

So if things feel slower, heavier, or more emotional lately… know that it’s not random.
It may be Saturn, gently — or firmly — pointing you back to what really matters.

Why do we hold postures or breath in yoga?

This question came up after one of my recent classes—and I love it, because it touches the heart of the practice.

When we hold a posture, keep the arms lifted, or stay with a breath pattern that feels uncomfortable, we’re not just “doing an exercise.”
We are gently training the mind and body to stay.
To stay present.
To stay calm even in discomfort.

We know the posture won’t last forever. And that’s the point.
Nothing does.

In that moment, we’re learning how to relax within the intensity.
We’re building inner strength—not by forcing, but by choosing softness in the challenge.
So that in life, when stress, anxiety, or uncertainty arise… we can remember:
“I've felt this before. I can breathe through this too.”

Let go.
Breathe.
Stay with it.
And eventually, it passes.

🌕 Full Moon Today (12 Apr) & Venus Turning Direct (13 Apr) 💫
—a gentle invitation to remember joy.

With today’s Full Moon and Venus going direct tomorrow, I feel it’s the perfect moment to pause and ask yourself:

✨ What truly brings me joy?

Often, joy lives in the quietest corners — in simple things we used to love but tucked away in the rush of life.

Maybe it’s dancing barefoot, doodling with no purpose, sitting under the sky, or listening to that song on repeat.

For me, it’s drawing — not to create anything perfect, but to relax, breathe, and be with myself.

So I invite you to choose one small thing today that brings lightness to the heart.
Let’s bring back a piece of joy into the everyday.

Atma Vichara: The Path to Self-Discovery 🧘‍♂️✨
With so many planets in Pisces, the cosmic energy is pulling us inward, inviting us to reflect, surrender, and reconnect with our true essence. One of the most profound meditation practices for this time is Atma Vichara – the practice of Self-Inquiry.

🔹 What is Atma Vichara?
It is the simple yet powerful question: “Who am I?”
Not as a role, not as a name—but beyond all labels and identities. This practice, often taught by great sages like Ramana Maharshi, helps us peel away illusions and rest in pure awareness.

🔹 How to Practice:
1️⃣ Find a quiet space & sit comfortably 🧘‍♀️
2️⃣ Close your eyes & take a few deep breaths 🌬️
3️⃣ Gently ask yourself, “Who am I?” – without forcing an answer
4️⃣ Allow thoughts to arise and dissolve, staying present with the question
5️⃣ Return to the breath and awareness when the mind wanders

This is not about finding a logical answer but rather about direct experience—sinking into the silence beneath thoughts, where clarity and truth emerge.

With the current cosmic shifts, this practice can bring deep insight, peace, and a sense of connection to your true nature. Try it today and let me know how it feels!

Spring Equinox 🌞🌿 – A Time of Balance & New Beginnings

Today, 20 March, marks the Spring Equinox, a sacred turning point when day and night are in perfect balance. This is not just the start of a new season but a powerful moment to align with nature’s rhythm, welcome renewal, and set intentions for the year ahead.

✨ What does it mean for us?
🔹 A shift in energy—awakening, expansion, and fresh possibilities.
🔹 A time to release the old and embrace new beginnings.
🔹 A moment to reconnect with your inner light and purpose.

🌞 Morning Ritual to Honor the Equinox:
Before sunrise:
🕯 Light a candle as a symbol of new light.
🌿 Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and reflect.
💫 From your heart, set an intention—what do you wish to invite into your life in this new solar year?
📿 Chant the Gayatri Mantra to welcome the sun’s energy.
🧘‍♀️ Practice a few rounds of Sun Salutations to align body, breath, and mind with this new cycle.

This week, our classes will tune into this energy—grounding, expanding, and aligning with the rhythm of nature. Join me in this practice of renewal.

The Science of Breath ✨

Breathing is automatic, yet how often do we actually pay attention to it? Conscious breathing isn't just about relaxation—it has profound effects on both body and mind, backed by science.

Oxygenates the Body – Deep breathing increases oxygen levels, improving energy, brain function, and overall vitality.

Calms the Nervous System – Slow, controlled breath activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress, anxiety, and even lowering blood pressure.

❤️ Regulates Emotions – Breath techniques help balance hormones like cortisol (stress) and serotonin (happiness), bringing emotional stability.

Boosts Circulation & Detoxification – With each deep inhale and exhale, breath stimulates the lymphatic system, flushing out toxins and improving circulation.

😴 Enhances Sleep & Focus – Specific techniques can improve concentration, deepen sleep, and even support memory retention.

Breathing is the simplest yet most powerful tool we carry with us every moment. Imagine what can change when you learn to use it consciously!

Want to experience the benefits for yourself? Come breathe with me.
