Most people think yoga is stretching and breathing.
Kundalini Yoga works deeper.
It works on your nervous system:
Through breath and rhythm and frequency of sound -->
your body receives a signal:

When the body feels safe
the mind can become quiet
And from there - you can actually feel what is true for you - what your Truth

That is why this practice is so powerful

The past weeks were full
People in the house
travel, work
conversations inspiration laughs and hugs
energy everywhere
Beautiful… grateful... and also a lot

I notice clearly
👉 I cannot stay open all the time
At some point
my system just says: enough
And then I need space
nature
silence
focus
breath
mantra

To come back to living and working with ease

When you repeat a sound
you create a rhythm in the mind
And slowly…
old patterns lose their grip

Kundalini Yoga is not about becoming special.
It is about becoming more you. (Connecting to your Truth, your Satnaam)
Through breath (pranayama)
Through movement (asana)
Through sound (Naad)

You will start to feel your body again and
Your nervous system calms down.
Your mind becomes more clear
And it becomes easier to connect to your Neutral Mind

In simple words:
You stop reacting
and start responding

This is where true freedom begins.
Don't believe these words but find your Truth in practise
Just practise
And practise

They say Kundalini Yoga is too much..
Too provocative.
They say the mountains are dangerous.
Too high. Too wild.
Maybe.
But what if the real danger is staying small? Staying alone?
What if the real risk is living disconnected from your power…
from your body… from community?

Women’s Camp is not a wellness week.
It is practice. It is walking.
It is sweating. It is singing before sunrise.

Three days on our land in the South of France.
A bed in a tents or in our house & Aquarian Sadhana.
Red Tent. Womens Fire.

Then .. Into the Pyrenees.
No reception. Sleeping in a mountain hut. A bed and a meal.
Breathing thin air.
Feeling your legs. Feeling your courage!!!

Power is staying with yourself when it gets uncomfortable.
And we do this together.

Because Sangat is not outdated.
It is REVOLUTIONARY

Are you coming because it feels safe…
or because it feels right.

Yesterday I shared about the difference between Kundalini Yoga and “Kundalini awakening.” My friend & collegue wrote:
“You do not need anyone else. It takes commitment and daily practice.”
And yes.
The awakening process is internal.
No one can switch anything on for you.
But awareness does not grow in isolation.
We need mirrors.
We need someone who can provoke, confront and elevate us.
A real teacher does not claim to awaken you.
They strengthen your awareness so that whatever rises in your process… you can hold it.
Growth is not about comfort.
It is about capacity.
Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness for a reason.

We practise every day at 7:00 AM.

Too strong. Too much. Dangerous.
They say going into the mountains is dangerous too.
And yes.

Anything that actually changes your life asks something of you.
You need to know what you are doing.
You need to learn step by step.
You need to listen.
Especially to yourself.

And that is not easy.

What we have almost forgotten is this:
we do not do this alone.
Sangat. Community.

The most underrated medicine of our time.
This week we create an extended family.

With love.
With friction.
With honesty.

Three days we work with these dynamics in ourselves.
Moving. Breathing. Practising together.

As women.
As Khalsa women.

Then we go into the mountains.
High altitude.
No reception.
Sleeping in a hut.
Rough. Simple. Alive.

This is not about being fearless.
It is about alignment.
Trust.

And choosing to walk together.
