I am researching my nervoussystem, my constant alertness. There is a layer underneath my doing.
As if something could go wrong at any moment.
Not loud. Not dramatic. But always there.
I am learning that this kind of tension does not need another solution.
It needs space. Consistency.. Attention.
For me that looks like a daily check-in.
Not to change anything.
Just to notice the state of my body.
My breath. My nervous system.
That is why I am starting a 40-day Sadhana.
Not to become better.
But to come home more often.
