In a fast changing and insecure world, community matters most.
We meet every Thursday evening at 20:00 for online Kundalini Yoga.
To move, breathe, and reset together.
You can join live or practice later in the library.
From 20 minutes to 1.5 hours.
From simple stretches to deeper kriya, meditation and yoga philosophy.
This is about commitment.
And about feeling supported while you keep showing up.

We train ourselves to move .. before the Mind starts negotiating.
That is what morning practice really does.
Not motivation - Not inspiration.
But CHOICE and commitment.

Getting up to practise trains you to stay with yourself
when life gives you 💩.

It teaches the nervous system that you can move and take care of yourself
even when you do not feel ready.

This is not spiritual language.
This is safety language.

Right now many people feel tired and alert at the same time.
Concerned but numb.
Wanting steadiness ... not more information. (Yet our Minds seek more information constantly)

This is where Kundalini Yoga comes in 🥁

We are working with the Pranic Body now.
With breath.
With life force.
Building a stead foundation within.

The group is growing. 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️

Deze momenten 🥰 Let's build True Confidence.
We zijn nog in de Rauhnächte ~ de Twaalf Heilige Nachten
van Kerst tot 6 januari.
Dit zijn dagen tussen de lineaire tijd.
Niet het oude jaar … en nog niet het nieuwe.
Ze nodigen uit om te vertragen.
Om minder te leven vanuit omstandigheden, commotion
en meer van binnenuit.
Onze dagelijkse practise: Radiant Body.
Het deel van ons dat licht draagt/is zonder moeite.
Een licht van binnen …
dat niet afhangt van resultaat
stemming of erkenning.
Straling/radiance creëren we niet hier en nu.
Het wordt stabiel ..wanneer we stoppen met duwen.
Een gebalanceerd Radiant Body
handelt zonder zelfbelang
staat zonder verdediging
leidt zonder iets te claimen.
Geen haast deze dagen …
zodat we de rommel van vorig jaar
niet meenemen het nieuwe jaar in.

Someone commented: “Why don’t you just leave it.”
This reel is my answer. Sadhana is not only on the mat.
It is what we do every day.
Yes, some land needs to be left alone.
But this soil was exhausted. Hard. Almost concrete.
So I replant small bushes and trees from our own forest
onto agricultural land where nothing regenerates by itself.
Roots soften the soil.
Leaves fall.
Life slowly returns.
This is my quiet daily practice.
Hands in the soil.
Not leaving it.

I am researching my nervoussystem, my constant alertness. There is a layer underneath my doing.
As if something could go wrong at any moment.
Not loud. Not dramatic. But always there.
I am learning that this kind of tension does not need another solution.
It needs space. Consistency.. Attention.
For me that looks like a daily check-in.
Not to change anything.
Just to notice the state of my body.
My breath. My nervous system.
That is why I am starting a 40-day Sadhana.
Not to become better.
But to come home more often.

Most people stretch psoas
but the psoas is not a muscle you fix.
It is part of your midline…
your Sushmana.
When the psoas tightens
the energy cannot rise in a smooth or safe way.
And if you push or force,
your system contracts even more.
