We have been quiet and for good reason.
Residency has moved to the Costa Brava in Catalunya, Spain - finding our way around the coastal towns and immersing ourselves in the local culture and lifestyle. We are enthralled with it all and keen to share the experience with you – from the food to the fiestas and the music that accompanies both, from the street markets to the Mediteranean Sea and its coves and beaches – we hope you will be enticed as we were.
Residency will also be posting pics of the wide variety of property on offer with a view to promoting the area as a destination of choice if you are considering investing in property offshore.
We will be here to advise and assist you in the process – including applications for you and your immediate family for Spanish Golden Visas, which provide you with residency status, should your investment in property here be 500,000 euros or more.
