The therapists at Ridge Recovery Room.

They have both been in Morzine for over 10 years and love what it has to offer.

❄️ Both qualified ski instructors you’ll find them on snow as much as possible in the winter, be it skiing, ski randonnée or ski du fond. If you’re looking to ease your tension after a day on the pistes then Jude and Laurie know those niggling spots too well. Why not ask them about skiing tips, having a good posture and moving better on your skis can really help you make the most out of your holiday!

🚴🏼‍♀️ In the summer months you’ll find them hiking, mountain biking, road cycling and climbing with extra time on the road bikes this summer as they train for the Étape du tour.
