Cozy Lentil Soup
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2–4 carrots, chopped
• 2–4 celery stalks, chopped
• 3–4 cups spinach or kale
• ½ tsp cumin (heaping)
• 1 tsp turmeric
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• pinch cayenne
• 1½ tsp sea salt
• black pepper
• 4 garlic cloves, grated
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 can lentils, rinsed
• 1.5 L Stock of your choice
• 12 thyme sprigs, bundled
• juice of ½ lemon
• parsley & Grana padano for garnish

I’m Taylor — Canadian girl who somehow ended up living, running, climbing, cooking, and snowboarding in the French Alps. Movement has always been my happy place, and food has always been how I connect, create, and care.

I’m a nutrition coach, red seal chef, and yoga teacher, and I started Peak Balance because I wanted to create the kind of support I was always searching for: realistic, sustainable, no-extremes health for active humans who just want to feel strong, energized, and alive in their bodies.
