Healthy BANANA BREAD for your quick to-go breakfast 🍌 🍞
🔸INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)
1/3 cup & 2 tbsp unrefined sugar (I used muscovado sugar)
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
3 mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Nutmeg
🔸Top & swirl:
Peanut butter & cinnamon
OPTIONAL : top with dark chocolate chunks or berries..
🔸Instructions:
Start by combining all the wet ingredients, once everything is mixed add to them the dry
Pour into a loaf pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 deg C until slightly golden on top
