Healthy BANANA BREAD for your quick to-go breakfast 🍌 🍞

🔸INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)
1/3 cup & 2 tbsp unrefined sugar (I used muscovado sugar)
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
3 mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Nutmeg

🔸Top & swirl:
Peanut butter & cinnamon
OPTIONAL : top with dark chocolate chunks or berries..

🔸Instructions:
Start by combining all the wet ingredients, once everything is mixed add to them the dry
Pour into a loaf pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 deg C until slightly golden on top

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

✅ dairy free
✅ gluten free
✅ refined sugar free
✅ oil free

⚡️I N G R R E D I E N T S
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup muscovado sugar (or any unrefined sugar)
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup agave

⚡️S T E P S
🍪Mix all the wet ingredients together, then add to them the dry ingredients
🍪Once everything is combined, mix with the chocolate chunks
🍪Place in fridge for 20-30 min until slightly
🍪Form the cookies
🍪Bake in pre-heated oven, 175-180 deg C, for 10 min

‼️OPTIONAL :
✨Mix : hazelnut butter & melted milk chocolate
✨Pipe, or with a spoon, small circles of this mixture on every cookie
✨ Top with a pinch of salt

Healthy "TRUFFLES" which I personally like to call BROWNIE BITES 😍

✅ DAIRY FREE
✅ SUGAR FREE
✅ GLUTEN FREE (if you use almond flour or gf oat flour)
✅ VEGAN
✅ OIL FREE
✅ NUT FREE (if you use oats)

➖RECIPE
🍫1/4 cup almond flour (or oat flour)
🍫1/4 cup peanuts butter
🍫1 tbsp agave syrup
🍫2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
🍫pinch of salt

➖INGREDIENTS
🍫 In a food processor, blend all the ingredients together until everything is combined
🍫Place in fridge for 5 minutes
🍫Form the bliss balls and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes or until solid
🍫Coat with any desired topping
Ideas: chia seeds, chopped almonds, chopped peanuts, coconut shreds, unsweetened cocoa powder, crushed sated pretzels

✅ NUT FREE
✅ GF optional : use GF oats

➖INGREDIENTS
🍌1 egg
🍌1/2 cup mashed soaked dates
🍌1 tsp vanilla
🍌1/4 cup coconut oil
🍌4 mashed bananas
🍌1 cup buckwheat flour
🍌1/4 cup oat flour
🍌3/4 tsp baking powder
🍌salt
🍌1/2 tsp cinnamon
🍌1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

➖STEPS
🍌In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas
🍌Add all the wet ingredient including the egg, coconut oil, and mashed soaked dates, mix
🍌In the same bowl, add all the dry ingredients into the bowl: buckwheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
🍌Once everything is mixed together, add the chocolate chips and mix (DO NOT OVER MIX)

Healthy carrot cake + frosting

✅ DAIRY FREE
✅ OIL FREE
✅ GLUTEN FREE

➖INGREDIENTS : FROSTING
🧁1/2 cup soaked cashew
🧁3 tbsp agave
🧁2 tbsp + 1/2 tsp coconut oil
🧁10g cocoa butter
🧁1 tsp lemon juice
🧁pinch of salt
🧁11 tsp vanilla extract

➖STEPS : FROSTING
🧁For the frosting: blend everything in the blender, pour the mix in a piping bag, and store in the fridge for a couple of hours (preferably overnight) until it becomes harder and ready to pipe
🧁Once the muffins are frosted, top with a pinch if cinnamon before serving

➖INGREDIENTS : CARROT CAKE
🥕3 tbsp of mashed bananas (around 1/2 a banana)
🥕1 egg
🥕3 tbsp agave
🥕1 tbsp tahini
🥕1 tbsp molasses
🥕1 tbsp plant based milk
🥕1 tsp cinnamon
🥕1 tsp baking powder
🥕Pinch of salt
🥕1/4 cup almond flour
🥕1/2 cup buckwheat flour
🥕1 medium shredded carrot

➖STEPS : CARROT CAKE
🥕In a mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients together: egg, banana, agave, tahini, molasses, and milk
🥕In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together: three different flours, cinnamon, salt, baking powder

Healthier snicker bars

✨INGREDIENTS
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp agave syrup
1/2 cup pitted dates
Melted dark chocolate
Optional : peanuts

✨STEPS
🍫 mix the ingredients of the base (oat flour, almond flour, buckwheat flour, melted coconut oil, and 3 tbsp agave syrup)
🍫 once everything is combined into a soft mixture, press it on baking pan and bake for 15 minutes
🍫 soak the dates in hot eater for 5-8 minutes, then remove the dates from the water and put in the blender along with 1/4 cup of date water, and blend until smooth
🍫 spread the homemade date paste on the base and place in the fridge, or freezer until the date paste is thickened
🍫 in a pan on medium heat, add peanut butter, 2 tbsp of agave syrup, and a pinch of salt then lic until smooth (DO MOT BURN)
🍫 spread the "salted caramel" mixture on the date paste, spread chopped peanuts, and freeze for 15-20 minutes
🍫 cut in 8 bars or 16 for smaller ones, let sit in freezer for a bit before coating with melted dark chocolate
🍫 let the chocolate set in the fridge before serving

CHOCOLATE HIMALAYEN FONDANT CAKE

➖INGREDIENTS
•12 squares 51% lindt chocolate (for cooking)
•1 tbsp cocoa
•3 tbsp coconut oil
•3 tbsp coconut sugar
•1 tbsp agave
•1/4 cup buckwheat flour
•3 eggs
•1 tbsp peanut butter
•1 tsp baking powder
•Pinch if himalayen salt
•Chopped chocolate chunks

➖INSTRUCTIONS
🫶🏻Start by mixing the eggs, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, and agave
🫶🏻Then mix the melted chocolate, peanut butter, and cocoa powder
🫶🏻Add the rest of the dry ingredients, including the buckwheat flour, baking powder, and salt
🫶🏻Finally pour into a baking tray (preferably a round cheesecake pan)
🫶🏻Sprinkle some chocolate chunks and slightly swirl
🫶🏻Bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 10 minutes (before the last shelf)
🫶🏻Leave in an OFF oven for 5 min then move it to your counter and let it chill for 5 minutes before serving
🫶🏻Serve with a pinch of himalayen salt to bring out the flavours

OATMEAL CARROT CAKE MUFFINS 🥕🥚🧁

THE easter recipe 😍
There is another carrot cake recipe included in the ebook but the other one is with some delicious frosting that go really good with it!!

➖INGREDIENTS
🥕1/4 cup mashed bananas
🥕1 egg (VEGAN if needed: substitute with chia egg)
🥕1 tbsp peanut butter (NF if needed : substitute with any seed or nut butter)
🥕1 tbsp black molasses
🥕salt
🥕1/4 tsp vanilla
🥕1/4 cup oats (GF if needed)
🥕2 tbsp oat flour (GF if needed)
🥕2 tbsp almond flour (NF if needed : substitute with coconut flour)
🥕1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
🥕1/4 tsp ginger powder
🥕1/2 tsp baking powder
🥕1 tbsp honey (VEGAN if needed : substitute with any liquid sweetener)

➖INSTRUCTIONS
🥚Mix all the wet and dry ingredients separately
🥚Combine both mixtures
🥚Pour into muffins trays
🥚Bake in a preheated oven for 25-28 minutes
🥚At 180deg C
🥚Turn OFF the oven and leave for 5 minutes
🥚Let them cool completely outside the oven for as long as they need to become colder (trust me they are much more delicious:))

SALTY CHOCOLATE BLISS BALLS 🧂🍫
~ best combo ~

➖INGREDIENTS
• 125g oat flour
• 70g peanut butter
• 37g honey
• 8g cocoa powder
• 20g melted chocolate
• salt to top
• melted chocolate to drizzle

Mix all in the blender and freeze until solid and ready
