Hi I’m Shri from Sri Lanka. For me yoga has become a way of life. For the last ten years i’ve been working in corporates & creating start-ups in Tech. However a part of me longed for a life that would make more sense, a one i can have control over. I found my answer in yoga. I learnt yoga in a very traditional yoga school. A lot more emphasis was given on the ancient knowledge of yoga rather than physical aspects.
