Spring is always a time for transformation, growth and of giving birth to something new. Is it the time for you to shed your old skin and bring out a new you; more authentic, more joyful and even, dare we say, a better version of you?
I am offering 6 lucky people this individual 8 session" METHOD FOR CHANGE " pilot coaching FOR FREE (either online or in person, in English or in Finnish).

About the “ Method for Change “ coaching:
1. The coaching offers the client "growth and transformation" in the areas or specific area that the client feels she needs it. So, in the beginning the client can already have a specific topic or situation in mind that she needs help with. Or the topic can pop up in the conversations at the first sessions between the client and the coach.
2. The coaching can also be about finding " a new direction " in some area of life.
3. The coaching always offers the client a safe platform for personal growth, getting in touch with her inner authentic self and even healing from past trauma. So we can say that the coaching is also in many ways transformative..
4. During the sessions it is always up to the client what she wants to talk about. The coach never pushes her to deal with issues she is not comfortable dealing with.
5. In addition to the conversations the coaching contains some practices done during the sessions and some "homework" for the client. The written homework*s purpose is for self reflection and for taking the process forward.
6. The coach's role is to provide a safe and accepting space for the client to be herself and to open up the way she sees best for herself. The client's role is to engage to the coaching process.
7. The supporting values for the coaching are Acceptance, Understanding, Respect, Kindness, Safety and Trust.

Are you a sensitive empath?
"Empathy without boundaries is self-destruction."
A very important part of our self-care is to understand and accept our feelings and emotions, and to give them the chance to do their job. Within us and in our daily lives.
When we learn to know ourselves well, we also learn to set boundaries.
You need boundaries to react in a healthy way to situations and people that you know might harm your wellbeing and happiness in some way. In order to feel the right kind of calmess and inner peace you need to be able to trust your own ability to be firm when needed.
In order for you to set healthy boundaries you need dive into your inner self, the silence with in, and listen to the emotions and needs you are experiencing at this moment.

Some very useful tips for us suffering the heat wave here in France. But applies so well to all of us making it successfully through the summer with joy and the best possible wellbeing 🙂

Ayurveda, India’s ancient system of traditional medicine, teaches us that every season has its own group of qualities. Living the life of Ayurveda (knowledge of life) means being in relationship with yourself and nature. The changing of the seasons gives us an ongoing opportunity to be in relationship to our environment and to cultivate awareness of how our body reacts to the elements around us.
The summer season is ruled by the PITTA DOSHA. Composed of the elements fire and water, pitta is oily, hot, light, spreading, and liquid: think heat and humidity. This time of year can express in the body as agitation, low digestive fire, sour stomach, skin irritations and bad quality of sleep.
Here are some simple tips to help you live well in the pitta season.
• Avoid heating foods such as coffee, alcohol, meats, and fried food. Favour fresh, local vegetables, cooked grains.
• Drink cool (not iced) water with lemons, limes, and mint. Watermelon, cucumbers, and yogurt lassi with mint are also excellent drinks in hot weather.
• Coconut water and oil are great cooling foods. You can drink coconut water and cook with the oil. If you practice self-massage, switch out the sesame oil for coconut oil.
• A little black pepper or a dash of cayenne on your food helps with digestion without overheating.
• Try a restorative or yin yoga practice, both great for cooling the system.
• Go swimming! Swimming increases digestive strength without overheating.
• Have a cooling ayurvedic massage – with cooling coconut oil and mint / lemon essential oils.
