Awaiting the sweep & that's good since online session this morning agape love, apparently a Greek word.
Have E700 to deposit from barn sales.
Now omelette & dauphinoise potatoes & salade for lunch.
Colissimo failed to deliver our parcel despite being here & will try again tomorrow, not sure they actually came since dogs were silent all morning-strange,

More malarkey with new phone delivery. Yesterday they wanted a code & rang off. I texted the code & they said they would deliver this morning-no sign & now at the Post Office in Sauveterre from 2pm.
New phone will be great since it translates live! Sylv's cardiologue in la Reole seemed to have no English. My French is OK for most things but anything tricky-medical etc is beyond me! This is Samsung & Colissimo by the way.

Reckon this retirement malarkey is blinkin' hard work. Had a coffee in Sauveterre last evening. Back to car & thunderstorm with hailsones cracked widscreen., will be replaced next Thurday morning. My CA card is worn & contactless does not work so used old UK card for snacks at optician & motorway fees. Text on watch said needed to reduce balance. Had cleared mobile notes so had to hunt for customer number to make transfer.
Leaves in pool so had to fish 'em out before starting hoover. Only 1pm & feel cream-crackered already. All go innit? 😂

Got my new eye-drops from Pharmacie & will start tomorrow. Saw lovely lass in Optic 2000 & discovered I had exhausted entitlement with April BUT I had bought insurance that covers 1 set of new lens or verres as they are called. So will get new lunettes in about 10 days & leave them for fitting. Had free 2nd set of glasses so must find them.
Good news for a change.

Feeling optimistic about beginning to turn my insulin pump automatic. Put sandals on, chlor choc in both pool filters. Had breakfast then in comes Alfie to alert us to downpour, Sylvia Davina Waldram bought the cushionsi, printed pump instructions & I lit the fite & made a cuppa.
So feeling good with hot cuppa, knowing decent King of Pu Erh tea arrives from Germany, that from France is rubbish. Must be careful with insulin since low on biscuits & chocolate that I use with GlucoGel & tabs to tackle LO's.

Cold & wet, good therapy session concerning the power of feelings. Interest, joy & excitement are full of energy, shame kills energy, anger is energy positive or negative depending what we do with it and sadness saps energy. Now for cuppa, boudin noire pommes, cuppa & fire to lift spirits.
