📣 Hey everyone! It's important to stay hydrated 💦 and drink plenty of water every day, but sometimes it can be hard to remember to do so. That's why I wanted to share my top three tips for holding ourselves accountable and making sure we're getting enough H2O!

1️⃣ Set a reminder on your phone 📱: Whether it's a simple alarm or a fancy hydration app, setting a reminder can be a helpful way to stay on track with your water intake. Try scheduling a few reminders throughout the day to keep yourself on track.

2️⃣ Get a water bottle you love 💕: When you have a water bottle you enjoy using, you're more likely to want to drink from it! Invest in a bottle that makes you happy, whether it's a cute design or a fun color.

3️⃣ Find an accountability partner 👯‍♀️: It's always easier to stick to our goals when we have someone else to hold us accountable. Find a friend or family member who also wants to drink more water and challenge each other to meet your daily goals.

👴🏼👵🏼💧Ensuring our elderly loved ones stay hydrated is so important for their health and well-being. Here are some tips to make sure they're getting enough water throughout the day:

1️⃣ Encourage them to keep a water bottle with them at all times, whether they're at home or out and about.

2️⃣ Make sure they have easy access to water, such as a pitcher or cup within reach.

3️⃣ Remind them to drink water before, during, and after meals.

4️⃣ Try incorporating foods with high water content into their diet, such as fruits and vegetables.

5️⃣ Consider using a straw or a water bottle with a straw to make drinking water easier for them.
