📣 Hey everyone! It's important to stay hydrated 💦 and drink plenty of water every day, but sometimes it can be hard to remember to do so. That's why I wanted to share my top three tips for holding ourselves accountable and making sure we're getting enough H2O!
1️⃣ Set a reminder on your phone 📱: Whether it's a simple alarm or a fancy hydration app, setting a reminder can be a helpful way to stay on track with your water intake. Try scheduling a few reminders throughout the day to keep yourself on track.
2️⃣ Get a water bottle you love 💕: When you have a water bottle you enjoy using, you're more likely to want to drink from it! Invest in a bottle that makes you happy, whether it's a cute design or a fun color.
3️⃣ Find an accountability partner 👯♀️: It's always easier to stick to our goals when we have someone else to hold us accountable. Find a friend or family member who also wants to drink more water and challenge each other to meet your daily goals.
