Linebc.yoga Cours de Yoga alignement: (inspiré des yogas Iyengar et Hatha-Vinyasa) A trois ans ma toute première passion a commencé par la danse classique.

Une décennie plus tard et une école de formation derrière moi, je me suis tournée vers le théâtre suite à une blessure qui m'a empêchée de continuer. J'ai eu la chance de me découvrir en brûlant les planches jusqu'à ce qu'une autre épreuve, cette fois-ci émotionnelle, réoriente une nouvelle fois mon chemin vers le yoga. Par le yoga j'ai réussi à me guérir et ai pu retrouver les sensations corporelles et émotionnelles de mes deux disciplines passées, dans une nouvelle approche plus propice à prendre soin de moi. Après m'être formée avec Céline Miconnet au "Green Yoga" 300H RYS yoga alliance spécialisation thérapeutique, je poursuis actuellement ma formation de yoga Iyengar et yoga Iyengar thérapeutique auprès de Billy Konrad, professeur senior Iyengar au Portugal.

​Le yoga Alignement que j'enseigne, est un mélange entre la précision de l'Iyengar, et le flow du Hatha-Vinyasa. Le yoga de l'alignement met l'accent sur le développement de la force, de l'endurance, de l'alignement correct du corps, tout en travaillant la souplesse et la relaxation. Lors de la séance, le mental est concentré sur l'action et le mouvement de la respiration, de sorte à unir corps et souffle, pour atteindre un état méditatif. Au fil de la pratique, les élèves améliorent leur conscience intérieur, et découvre avec acuité les zones de tensions physiques et de résistances psychologiques. Avec ce nouveau regard sur soi, on cherche à rééquilibrer le corps en soulageant les zones de tensions et en réénergisant les zones endormies, afin de détendre le corps profondément et durablement. L'utilisation des supports (sangles, briques, couvertures, mur, chaises...) permet à chacun de pratiquer avec précision, sans causer de dommages, quelle que soit sa condition physique, tout en apportant des variations dans l'approche des postures. Le cours s'articule en trois séquences, une ouverture du corps, une progression dans l'intensité des postures puis une régénération en fin de pratique, ce qui permet à ce yoga d'être à la fois très physique tout en étant très relaxant. Chaque semaine du mois une famille de postures est mise à l'honneur, on ouvre avec les postures debout, puis les postures avant, puis arrières, suivi des torsions et pour finir du pranayama (respiration).

Detox Workshop - Sunday December 7 - 10h/13h

Come, accompany and rebalance your body during autumn.

The aim of this session is to work each part of the body between stretching and compression, in order to help eliminate the excess lactic acid at the origin of muscular pain and general fatigue generated by stress.

The session opens with a time for breathing and opening the body, to oxygenate the blood and regenerate the cells.

We continue with more dynamic postures to boost the immune system (by fluidifying the lymph and stimulating blood circulation), tone the body and boost energy.

We then focus on the digestive system and kidneys, with twists that stimulate, spin, drain and thus cleanse the internal organs in order to evacuate toxins and emotional burdens.

The session ends with a moment of relaxation to calm the mind.

A detox session helps to improve digestion, sleep and reduce stress, which are often the causes of weight gain and internal malaise.

New!

After a wonderful start to my adventure with my baby, I am delighted to be returning to the yoga studios.

The class on Saturday, November 15 will be FREE for everyone to celebrate the return.

It will be an opportunity to discover or come and practice together.

This year has given me the opportunity to take a step back and breathe new life into my practice and my teaching.

What I would like to highlight in our practice for this new season is the concept of Sangha!

In a shala, a Sangha is:
~ loyal students who support each other,
~ teachers who share a common vision,
~ the collective energy field created by regularity, trust, and practicing together.

When you enter a place where the Sangha is alive, you can feel it: it exudes trust and respect. Calmness, listening, absence of competition, and clarity of intention will be my goal this year.

Time to withdraw…

This year has had a very special flavour, in terms of its power, its transformative effect and the multiplicity of experiences encountered, both personal and professional.

A long physical and emotional gestation period, which has enabled me to rediscover certain aspects of life, to take a fresh look at many things and to reflect on what really matters.

Some things stop, others start, and still others reappear with profound sincerity, as if there were now room only for the essential, the indispensable and the true.

I hope to nourish my teaching deeply with this reflection in the future, and to embrace all the changes that will be necessary for a more authentic and ethical line of work.

I have the feeling that, through the whirlwinds of Lisbon, I have perhaps sometimes lost an ounce of the very essence of what drives me and what I believe in, in the dimension of yoga.
Out of a desire to accommodate everyone, probably, to partially fit the mould, surely, to succeed in surviving in this totally changing market (and you know that not all aspects are always to my liking), it’s time to get back on track.

My outlook has changed a lot this year, thanks to several training courses, exchanges with fascinating people and a great deal of self-awareness. We’ll see what comes of it in a few months’ time, but it’s already brought me greater humility with regard to my practice and a hint of greater maturity.

After all, isn’t that what becoming a mother is all about?

For now, I need to take a step back and spend some time in my nest, surrounded by those I love, to savour the most incredible experience I’ve ever had creating a little human being.

Next Yoga workshop: “ Reviving the energy of spring ”.

As pleasant as the transition from winter to spring is for me, the impact is not completely harmless on the body.
Daylight increases, which helps regulate our circadian cycle and clearly improves our mood with increased energy and renewed motivation.
However, the change of season can also upset some people, causing fatigue or sleep disturbances, and can also affect the immune system.

Yoga can help us through this transition by reducing stress (tiredness and irritability), improving energy and revitalizing the body to get out of the winter doldrums and support the immune system in its natural process.

While some people like to celebrate the solstice with 108 sun salutations, I prefer a more evolutionary practice, in tune with the body as it unfolds and emerges from hibernation.

In this workshop, we’ll once again use the practice to re-establish a balance between body, mind and breath, through upper-body openings, twists, salutations, inversions...

MY KOBIDO MASSAGE

The Kobido massage is an ancestral Japanese facial treatment born around the 15th century whose name means « traditional way of beauty » and was originally intended for the Japanese empress.

Its aim is to circulate vital energy, blood and lymphatic flow, through a specific gesture combining gentle and slow movements combined with tonic and rapid movements. It acts on sagging skin and drains, stimulates and restores tissues, by stimulating the fibroblasts that produce elastin and collagen.

The massage lasts 1 hour, starting with the décolleté and neck, before gradually moving up the oval of the face, passing through the cheeks, temples, forehead, eyes, nose and mouth. It provides a deep feeling of relaxation and well-being.

The physiological effect :
- Strengthens skin vitality
- Balances vital energy
- Harmonizes the condition of the skin
- Circulates blood through the vessels
- Redraws the contour of the face
- Fight against expression lines
- Eliminates toxins
