Don't forget to do your homework this week - spine mobility exercises in all its directions: forwards, backwards, sideways and rotations. Think of the pink ribbon not the grey saggy pants and remember: "Tall and Lovely".
I am at Windsor Castle tomorrow (it's not every class you have the Royal Standard as a back drop - this chap is one of my tougher clients!) and out and about with Berkshire TriSquad with their training sessions if you are around for a coffee after.

in our latest Blog Paul talks about why it is important to prepare your body for a skiing holiday, and he doesn't just mean the kit bag or purse. He explains what it is that you need to do to prepare for a week of intense exercises which are likely to be totally at odds with anything you have asked of your body since you last went skiing. In so doing you should be able to reduce the need to take to your chair rather than the slopes through muscle fatigue and soreness.

well, what an exciting and busy start to October we've just had. with the new website www.beetoned.org launching only 9 days ago we are really thrilled with the response we have had and the interest you have shown. Already our first new clients made us welcome in their homes as we have helped them on their journey to better back health. Another new class later on this week and its already full and we've made new friends in the process. And this week is all set to bring some more. Dear LILs we will be back in Pezenes Les Mines for the last week of May and the Maire has kindly offered me the use of the Salle Polyvalente for Pilates classes again. I have two dates on offer, Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th May and, depending on interest will run a class on either one or both of them. The class(es) are free and intended as taster sessions to meet new people and for me to practice my utterly rubbish French. Last time I ran two classes, followed by coffee and buns and both English and non-English speakers came along. All abilities are welcome, I can cater for a range of levels and varying degrees of back health. There is not unlimited space so I have created a Doodle poll to gauge interest and of course contact me if you would like more information about what is involved and whether it is suitable for you. Please complete if you are interested and I will confirm details in due course.

Just entered Endure 24 as a team of 6, yes that's 6. Must be mad - last year we had a team 8 running through driving rain and knee deep mud in the woods at 2am, so this year we thought, why not up the game and go for a team of 6 instead. the Dizzy Dashers are good to go!

It's Big balls week this week at Cox Green Leisure Centre tonight at 6pm and Charters Leisure Centre on Thursday in Sunningdale at 7.30pm. We have some spares but your own balls are always nicer!
Come and try Pilates on the Ball providing support and intensity in equal measure. We'll also use the magic circles to help build good posture while toning and strengthening. All welcome
