On désinfecte toutes les surfaces touché par le patient et le praticien et le sol.
On laisse le cabinet airer
On change de blouse , de serviette etc ...

The practice will be reopening on May 11th �

� For the health for all and the proper conduct of the sessions, in addition to the rules of practice already in place, others are up in place to strengthen the respect of barriers! � �

• The time inbetween patient are longer so you don't need to wait in the waiting room to respect safety distances � �� �

• With the beautiful days coming � let's enjoy it, and prefer to wait outside the cabinet (unless rain of course �).
To avoid waiting:
-> Respect your appointement time, so don't arrive too soon, BUT especially NOT LATE please. � �

• Of course no contact to greet each other �

• You will be in the OBLIGATION to wear a mask � as soon as you enter the waiting room and especially throughout the session! (disposable surgical mask or fabric mask)

->For children 10 years old and + the mask will also be obligatory!
-> For children under 10 years old, a visor will be loaned to the child adapted to his / her age (3/6 years / 7/10 years old).

• No accompanying will be accepted, except for minor (obligatory) persons or persons with a disability that requires a �� �

• When you arrive, I would ask you to wash your hands (water and soap ��) at the sink accessible in the toilet �� single-use paper to dry them.

• I would ask you to put your keys, phone or other in your pockets or purse and not touch them until the end of the session �� �

• For the smooth running of the session I will also be required to wear a mask � a blouse � (changed to each patient). And obviously hand wash before any session ��

• For the table care, it will of course be disinfected as usual between each patient �and the room will be vented.

• I remind you that the payment of the session are by check or cash � still NO credit � If possible come with your already pre-filled check (rates are posted on the website)

• When you get out, some hydro gel �� will be distributed to you, you will leave your hands clean to get into your vehicle safe.

• The cabinet will be in its entirety disinfect, nothing will be forgotten: door handles, switches, chairs, practice table, office, contact surfaces, floors �... anything that could have been touched by the patient you before! � �

There you go! More steps to put in place! And not just in this period of COVID-19, many things are already practiced in normal time, and will be kept after this complicated health period.

Le confinement continue mais votre ostéopathe travaille toujours mais de la maison.
Comme beaucoup de mes patients le savent deja , si vous souffrez de douleur , n'hésitez pas à appeler ou m'écrire et je vous envoie une belle longue liste d'exercices pour vous aidez à soulager vos maux .
Mais aussi si jamais mes explications ne suffisent pas , nous pouvons mettre en place un appel video.

Surtout restez chez vous , profitez de ce moment pour travailler sur vous meme , profitez des gens avec qui vous êtes mais aussi vos bien aimé qui sont loin de chez vous.

Practice Information �

In view of the health measures taken by the government to stop the spread of the virus and with the support of the register of osteopaths and trade union, the cabinet will be closed to respect the health measures taken to prevent the spread of the virus even if for the moment our city is spared..
But also for the respect of caregivers.

Your osteopath doesn't want to take any risks to your health, osteopathy being a profession using touch...

So it is with sadness that the cabinet will close its doors yesterday for a duration of 15 days.

Your osteopath, however, remains reachable for all your questions and advice :)
Videos may be posted to help you during stretching and breathing exercises.

In the meantime please respect the instructions given to you by limiting your travels, your outings, your social life in the interest of your health and that of your entourage even if it's a heart for most of us...

Ski/snowboarding season is in full swing.
Here are some stretches you can do at the bar with an "après ski" beverage after a full day out on the slopes!
These will help you have less lower back and leg pains the next day.

1. Glutes & hip rotator stretch (muscles used to turn your skis and find balance on the snow).

2. Quad & hip flexor stretch (quad stretch and increases hip mobility). Make sure you move your mulled wines and beers !!

3. Calf stretch (stretches your calf and increases ankle mobility).
