💜💚...I have bought together two of the most powerful and beneficial treatments (Reiki & Reflexology) to help boost, calm and nurture your minds, your bodily systems and general wellbeing.

💜💚.. The combination of these two treatments will be aimed at your individual needs which will be discussed at your initial consultation. I have blended these treatments together to help calm, relax and rebalance you, therefore giving harmony to your mind, body and soul 🙏🏻🙏🏻....

💜💚...We will start with a gentle guided meditation which will initially begin the "switching off" of your busy mind and will kick start the relaxation phase.....

💜💚...The Reiki side of the treatment will be using universal energy from me, to travel to where it is needed within you...rebalancing you and re-aligning your chakras, unblocking and allowing your own energy to flow freely and then the Reflexology side of the treatment will concentrate on your feet in the form of a specifically applied massage and gentle pressure movements to all the reflex points that correspond to the tissues, glands and organs within the body, highlighting to me any imbalances that you may have.

💜💚...Whatever your needs are, should they be emotional, physical or spiritual - I'm certain that having at least one session of Reikology will help to give you a feeling of total relaxation followed by an amazing sense of general wellbeing.

This weeks treatments have been about healing and rebalancing, trying to relax and switch off is one of the hardest things to do when our lives are so busy.....
Sometimes a guided meditation helps and it certainly did this week.......❤ we done some beautiful tootsies too and my gorgeous lady chose the most beautiful cherrywood red....😍😍😍

Goodbye January 🙏🏻🙏🏻...another winter month over, roll on the springtime and the hopes of some better, especially drier, weather!!....although the weather has been awful, it's been super warm, calming and snuggly in the Zen Holistiques treatment room, a haven of tranquility, where relaxation is the order of the day and time is yours!! ❤

Have you ever wondered why crystals are used in my Zone Face Lift, Facial Reflexology, and Zen cleansing facial treatments?....It is believed that crystals can store, shift and transmit energy 💜 - So here, in the Zen Holistiques treatment room, I use a mixture of Clear quartz, Rose quartz and Amethyst to work on the face, and stimulate the facial reflexology points, working on the meridians that run through our faces, allowing energy to flow freely by removing any blockages, therefore facilitating the natural healing process to take place. It's a tad late I know, and I apologise 🙏🏻🙏🏻.....but due to having had pneumonia and slowly recovering from it, I want to wish all you beautiful lovelies a very happy new year and hoping its filled with much love, happiness, good health, peace and harmony 🥳🍾🥂🙏🏻💜

There will be a few changes in the Zen Holistiques treatment room going forward this year, with the introduction of Facial Cupping 💕 this will be available as a stand alone treatment or as an add on to the amazing Zone face lift treatment 🙏🏻💜

There is also a new revised treatments and price list - sorry, there has been a small price increase 🙏🏻💜
N:B please note that gel polish manicures are no longer available, however, gel polish tootsies are 🙏🏻💜

I will be posting more things over the coming weeks - have a beautiful weekend and wrap up warm, I'm still staying indoors!!
