As a qualified and experienced Lecturer and Professional in Exercise Physiology, Fitness and Wellness, I am also a Psychic Medium and so can offer you a unique approach to your health and wellness goals. As well as being a qualified and experienced Lecturer of Sport, Health, Nutrition and Fitness my qualifications include;

* Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Activity, Exercise and Health.
* Advanced Personal Trainer
* Exercise Physiologist for Special Populations
* Certificate in Nutrition and Health
* Advanced Diploma in Exercise and Health Recommendations for Referred Clients
* Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Advice for Weight Management and Common Clinical Conditions. I am a certified Reiki practitioner, CBT therapist, Crystal Healing therapist and Angel Healing therapist. I am registered and hold silver membership with the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists and the International Association of Neurolinguistic Programming and Coaching. Working with universal energy I can help you relax, heal and recharge using Reiki, Angelic and Crystal healing. I have experience of working with large and small animals from horses to birds. Also available, Angel Tarot and Angel Oracle Card readings via email or messenger service.
