Mental Health Day lets talk, please don’t be ashamed ..
9 years ago I couldn’t leave my house , had 9 months off a senior Policng career due to a mental health episode . Depression and Anxiety.
From the outside I was balling, perfect life , relationship, family , husband.
I returned after months of healing, discovering the power of the breath, self love, accepting the need to set boundaries , reaching out for help and learning how to be .
My life now is to help others , accept it is ok not to be ok. Share a plethora of tools that help me back to me ..
It is ok to feel yuck , not have your ducks all in a row , look like you have all you s**t in one sock but wonder how you are going to get through the day.
Its human..
Mental health is a beautiful, challenging rich part of human life .
It needs as much care as your physical and spritual health.
Today let’s learn how to listen to what we need , rest without guilt and hold gratitude for this amazing human form that allows us to experience all what life has to offer.
Light and dark, we see you , we feel you , we are exactly where we are exactly where we are meant to be .
