Expect guided relaxation leading into a full sound immersion, a great opportunity to fall back to theta state and allow your body to process your feeling! ⭐️

From time to time the planned sessions align with the sun/moon so we’ll be feasting on juicy strawberries and herbal teas afterwards. 🍓

•TURN ON•TUNE IN•GONG OUT•

Next Sunday 2nd April I’ll be at from 7-8.30pm for sound journey and social tea/snack afterwards. The session is self practice as in an immersive sound experience where you’re welcome to set your own intention and journey inwards. We have some mats, blankets and eye pillows at the studio but please feel free to bring along anything for your own comfort. The next sound bath falls on Sunday 5th June from 7-8.30pm.

Expect guided relaxation and sound immersion with a range of metal and crystal bowls, leading into the sound of gong.

We have some mats, blankets and eye pillows at the studio but please feel free to bring along anything for your comfort.

•Gong Journey•

With .healing.sounds

The invitation from the gongs is to come away from our normal train of thought and surrender to the gentle microtonality of the sounds, almost like letting them move through us as if we weren’t there at all. For many people the gongs bring a deep sense of relaxation, restoration and renewal when they relax into the sounds.
As the gongs fade away we come back to awareness with organic sounds and a period of quiet reflection and stillness.

The exchange is offered on a sliding scale. Those who can contribute a little more are invited to do so for those who are a little limited at this moment of time: £25 £30 or £35 as for this allows us to keep supporting medicine people bringing our medicine from so far.
